I moved to Sheffield after completing my masters degree and came across Nicholas Humphreys, my move was smooth. I rented a room (mini studio as I call it) and had an amazing stay (almost 2 years). The landlord/landlady were incredible, very kind and respectful even though they own the property they still respected my space. The agents (Nicholas and Sue) were very helpful , respectful and kind as well, I could pop them a message or call them at any time and they would make sure to help me out ASAP. The speed with which he filled our properties was second to none, one was filled in under a week, with two rooms being taken before the renovations were complete. Where there is an issue or problem Nicholas does not just tell you something is wrong, he gives you and overview of the situation with his opinion and will provide a solution as well. I can safely say that Nicholas is the best property manager I have had the pleasure of working with, should we acquire any more properties he will be our first call.

Nicholas is a truly exceptional estate agent, a cut above the rest. His qualities would be difficult to list but here are a few that stand out ; his professionalism, knowledge of the home he is selling, his honesty and his human touch .
After viewing many a house with various estate agents across Sheffield, I was surprised and dissapointed to find that most were unfamiliar with the home they were selling or the area. Simple questions could not be answered, this unfortunately made house hunting a difficult task. However this changed when I viewed a house with
Nicholas. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of information he knew about the area and home. It was clear to me that Nicholas dedicates a lot of time and effort getting to know the homes he sells. The experience with Nicholas was completely different in comparison to the big name estate agents in Sheffield. He took us on a house tour, no stone was left unturned, every question was answered with zero hesitation, every corner of the house was discussed . The information given was useful, factual and allowed me to make a better informed decision as to whether or not the house was suitable.
Fortunately, we decided to go ahead and purchase the house, I can definitely confirm that the level of service during the purchase process was amazing. Nicholas works extremely hard, 7 days a week, late into the evening. Calls are responded too immediately, emails answered professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicholas . If you are looking to sell a house you are most definitely in good hands, if you are purchasing a house you will be working alongside a trustworthy honest estate agent.
