Ordered tesla model Y AWD long range in early January 2025 . After 7 weeks waiting rang them to check on the update on delivery - was told that the model on order is not available and my order is cancelled but it is still on my account as car on order. Have been aware for 10 days now that the car is cancelled through the dealer . No update from fleet solutions. Have chased myself and when calling advised that they will call me to discuss. They did call me to discuss this to say the same thing but no real explanation why I was not informed. I wouldn't fault the phone call but the lack of explanation and responsibility is appalling. When I looked at the other reviews, apparently this is a regular occurrence and this company didn't learn anything from past mistakes. Now I have podpoint installed, I was told that I am responsible and have to pay the money for podpoint with no electric car. Wonderful company. I would have given zero rating if it was available. Wouldn't recommend it.

the best car scheme ive seen and used. put my order in and got the car a week later. no credit check no deposit no issues. as simple and straight forwards as it gets and they kept me informed. would definitely recommend using them if thinking of getting a car. id recommend picking from the special offer cars if u want it fast.

Ordered q8 etron in September with delivery window of October -December. Have been aware for three weeks now that the car is cancelled through the dealer due to them stopping production. No update from fleet solutions. Have chased myself and no response to emails and when calling advised that they will call me to discuss ‘when they get around to it’. Wonderful.

Massive delays with no control over what happens. I ordered Car in August. With each update for delivery, there is no attempt to offer an apology leave alone an explanation and delivery date is just pushed back. First update: Expected November: didn't arrive. Second Update: Expected December. Didn't arrive. Third Update: Expected Mid February.

Its a joke. It sounds like I am getting car for free and I have to put up with this nonsense.

Ordered my second car through NHS Fleet Solutions (No issues with my first car lease so I decided to use them again.) I did a price check less than two weeks after the order had gone through and I had just agreed a delivery date, the price for exactly the same car with the exact same spec is now £145 cheaper a month! I rang to cancel my order as still within the 14 days cooling off period and reorder at the new very reduced price and they wouldn’t. I am now stuck paying £145 more a month for a car, than if I had ordered it less than two weeks later. It is not stated anywhere on the website that the prices are so volatile. Be wary when ordering and it would be worth doing price checks prior to agreeing a delivery date, to see if the price has changed. As after a delivery date is arranged you have to pay the ‘early termination fee’ which is prohibitively expensive, to cancel.

The price includes everything, car, servicing, insurance, tyres, break down the lot so it’s not cheap. However it is easy and convenient. Not easy to contact company so they need to improve that. They are a third party as the cars seem to come from other lease companies so some are better than others. Maybe they should really do the lease themselves. Otherwise it’s ok, lead tines are realistic.

Avoid if you can. 1st car - I was surprised at the costs when returning. Might well be ‘industry standard’…but stacked in favour of company! Look into this before you sign up so you know what you’re letting yourself into. 2nd car (already on order when previous issue) - had multiple penalty notices. It went on for >6weeks before either this intermediary company or leasehold company did anything. Phone advice is frustrating and unhelpful. It’s always someone else’s fault or someone else’s department. Couldn’t even get sending out authorisation letter right. Poor poor poor customer service.

Update: 1 month later, still the car is not fixed. With a diesel car that I am paying for, will pay for an i-Pace when I drove it for few days. Never felt so oppressed to be honest. This is totally unfair

I was delivered an i-pace. After 4 days I found out that the car battery is dead and some cells are not working.
For the NHS Fleet point of view, this is not their issue that I was delivered a faulty car and I will go through car repair with the dealership. And in the same time I ll be paying the monthly payments as another person that is not going through this.

This is how fair they are, they delivered me a faulty car from the start and they don't want to change the car or return it. And I will need to start fixing the car from day one. The only wrong thing I did was trusting them.
