The team at Williton and Rooksbridge support us with many things alongside being the provider of our Commercial Insurance and Fleet Insurance. The team are easily reachable and are always on hand to answer questions either by phone or email.

The NFU are able to offer there customers many different extras and we are making use of one of there Health and Safety packages to ensure that we as a company have the cover that we need.

Every member of the team has been a pleasure to work with and Tony and Neil offer great foresight in terms of what we may need moving forwards as a business.

NFU insurance is generally very good, but in last 12 months I have some unacceptably poor levels of service from Wiliton. Took out Employee Liability insurance for my small holding and never received any paperwork, and queries after 9 months told it was for an arable farm. Still didn't get paper work. Then cancelled policy plus my tractor insurance. Had three different letters from office all with different details e.g email address all different. Not good. Looking at Mole Valley insurance.

We have been with the NFU for over twenty years. The attention to detail and customer service we have received at some very difficult times has been beyond any that we have experienced with other firms. If you're fed up with being a reference number and wasting hours on hold to speak to a customer service rep. If you would like a friendly extremely professional service that's efficient and puts you first. Lots of extras as well as a NFU member , and as a family we cannot recommend the NFU Mutual enough.
Absolutely five star. 😊😊😊
