No fuss efficient service from start to finish. I was involved in a minor accident when someone went into the back of me at a roundabout. As soon as I
described what had happened the claim team immediately recognised that I was not at fault and I was not asked for any excess payment. I received a courtesy car during the repairs and was kept up to date on the status at regular intervals.

I have been insured with NFU for 2 years, and compared with my pervious Insurance cover & service with other companies, & especially significantly the way e-Commerce dominates nowadays, this company focus’s on its customer centric ethos, providing the best possible access, support & understanding of their products.
In my experience, based on my interaction, With this team, I always feel supported, because I have been afforded the uppermost respect, empathy & genuineness, qualities I believe are the processional standards. I am visually impaired, and this team don’t just indicate that in their “system” and think “ job done” they actually read that information and act accordingly. Like when my renewal was due, I received a call to say it was being sent in large print , do I have any specific requirement's, and also the invitation to call and discuss anything should I need to.
That has never happened before. Thats just one example of how this team “ think out of the box” are proactive and somehow stop and think what it is like in someone else’s shoes, when those shoes are too tight . This for me, I still a sense of trust, and know that whatever happens should I need their support with a claim, another service, or advice . It will be there.
To me, this is less a product, and more a lifestyle choice , and that’s because I feel safer and protected by having it.
