Fantastic afternoon. We chose the Highland Cows & Alpacas tour. Felt very safe whilst in a field brushing highland cows, amazing experience. Grandaughter was in shock that she was so close to them. Then we saw some newborn calves, and got to feed the friendly alpacas. |Lovely farm couple, very friendly and chatty. Lots of other options to choose from. Definitely recommend 5*.

My husband and I did the farm tour and it was incredible. Lou was so kind and a great tour guide for the farm. She gave a lot of great information about the farm and the animals. All the animals were so nice and loved getting pet. It was clear that all the animals were very happy. The farm was beautiful as well. We would recommend this tour to anyone who comes to visit the area

Took my daughter 17, who loves Highland Cows on the Highland Cow and Alpaca Experience for her birthday. |We both had a great time (despite the weather😂). |Louise, our guide was lovely, friendly and very happy to answer questions. |We got to meet a couple of young Highlanders and feed some grumpy Alpacas too. |We were then driven out to the field of Highland Cows to meet and groom them. |We spent a good 1/2 an hour-45 mins meeting all the lovely cows and getting up close with them. |A brilliant time, fun, informative, and well worth a visit.

Excellent tour for our grandchildren aged 4 &2 pitched just at their level yet interesting for us oldies too. Lots of hands on experiences for the children. Farmer Lou was so welcoming and friendly with the children. Fabulous small tour with unique opportunities for children to be close to the animals. Farmer Graham also let us climb on his tractor.

We did the highland cow experience and it was the best value, most immersion tour you could do! Only tour I've seen where you not only get to interact with the cows but also see the love put into caring for them. The owners were also incredibly helpful, friendly and flexible as we had some car trouble and needed to change our times! They also have a gorgeous cafe so make sure you get down early to experience it!

We did the alpaca walking it was an amazing experience.
From the second we got out the car we were treated well, jodie explained everything answered all our questions and was friendly. The alpacas were so well behaved and paired beautifully with our 9 year old. Can't wait to go back

We had a lovely visit to walk the alpacas, Jody was a great guide and the scenery was beautiful. We got to meet a few other animals and enjoyed feeding the alpacas at the end.|My son walked his own alpaca and I shared an alpaca with my daughter. We love Newton farm and try and visit something every year from the farm tour to the lambing experience.
