Having previously rented my house out with Newton Fallowell (and having been very happy with the service I received), I went to their LFE office when I wanted to sell. I received the same positive experience from the sales team who were all friendly, professional, helpful and good at getting back to me quickly. Zak took me through the initial stages of getting the property on the market and Poppy and Zoe in the office were great at sorting things quickly and efficiently (including going to the empty property to change heating settings and take meter readings). Once I had a buyer, Sam the sales progressor kept in regular touch to let me know how things were going and the sale went through quickly. Great service from a great team. Thanks everyone.

I cannot thank Zak, Tom and the team at the Syston office enough for their help in selling my house. They knew I had a really short time in which to sell, and went out of their way to help me - from how quickly they were able to get me on the market, the amazing photos of my house, and the support all of the way through the process. It is often a really stressful time when moving house, and they made everything as easy as it could possibly be. I will be recommending to anyone that is in need of your services!

Put our house on the market with the LFE office and sold within two weeks . Zac was instrumental in the negotiations for our new home and managed to secure it for us. Great liaison throughout from all the staff resulting in a really quick exchange.
Great service, really appreciate it and would highly recommend this agency.

We had a very disappointing experience with Newton Fallowell. We had an initial listing meeting with Zak, everything looked great, he seemed very enthusiastic and he was very responsive too. After we signed up, crickets. We never heard from him again. He wouldn't return our phone calls, wouldn't reply to emails/messages, wouldn't bother to address some concerns that we had when we had 0 viewings after a month in the market. After a whole month we didn't even know he wasn't actually dealing with our property himself but it was another agent who had also shown no proactiveness and couldn't bother (as it seemed) to get our house sold. The only person who is actually responsive and cares is Tom who is dealing with the marketing side of things and he is not even part of that office.
We did end up selling quite quickly only because I personally posted our ad on Facebook and we were lucky to find our buyer that way. One viewing, one offer, that was it. And after we accepted the offer we also never heard from them again as they contract the after sales process to an external sales progressor.
Absolutely awful experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the whole selling/buying process is too stressful on its own without the added stress of having an agent like this. Avoid. Be better!

From the outset we had an overall very good service from the team at Newton Fallowell LFE. From the initial meeting with Zak who was keen to get us on board and explained in detail how to market the property and Thomas who took photographs of the property to quickly put together a brochure and managed to get the property live in just a couple of days before Christmas was amazing! Poppy and Zoe in the office were always very helpful and professional and fantastic at booking in several viewings for us and Sam the sales progressor was also very helpful and friendly and kept us updated weekly with matters right up until completion. We really appreciated everyone's hard work in securing our dream home! Great service from you all. Thank you so much! 😊

I instructed Newton Fallowell to sell my property in Jan 2025. They were very quick and professional. We did one day of viewings and by the next day I had accepted an offer. Their service was faultless and I would most certainly recommend them.

Honest review.
Zak came to my house with enthusiasm and energy to take on the sale. He convinced me he is the man to do the job.
Marketing and brochure happened nicely in no time by Thomas Hall, a very keen and collaborative man who acted absolutely professionally and managed the brochure and social media. And that was it. The 'senior sales manager' didn't even bother initially to send us weekly updates until I decided to ring the branch. I submitted 2 complaints basically via email and over the phone as it was absolutely radio silence and we had no viewings at all. In the first 3 weeks I called Zak to talk to him and discuss this matters, I send text messages and he never returned any calls. His team in Leicester was doing nothing and they start sending weekly updates after my complaints. We received 2 weekly updates in total. In the new year we took things in our hands and circulate the brochure on Fb. A man saw the ad, asked for the brochure and and arranged the viewing which we also accommodated. After 1 viewing = sale agreement, the BHW solicitors handled the case perfectly and made it just before the new stamp duty. The sales manager didn't even come to see the property. Nobody from their office even called us or emailed us to see how things go during the paperwork. They didn't bother, at all. The sale was under a reduced fee (0.75%) which Zak proposed in the first place due to an initial cancellation visit so that might explain the total inactivity of their office regarding the sale of our property. (Exemption is Thomas Hall who was brilliant). All the aforementioned are facts and in emails and calls.
