We stayed at no9 caravan and what a treat it was. The caravan was pristine, spotless beds and had a beautiful view. It was close enough to all amenities yet nice and quiet too. There was also nice touches from the owner, with tea, coffee and cleaning products. It has been very well looked after. And we have already booked again for next year….we can’t wait!! ||The site was well kept, clean and tidy. The outside pool was a bonus as was heated. The evening entertainment was amazing and definitely have a go at the bingo ;). Overall a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to return…

We had a great stay at Away Resorts Newquay Bay! Our caravan was spotless, well-equipped, and came with a huge outdoor decking area—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Just a heads-up: decking sizes vary depending on the caravan, so don’t expect every unit to have the same size setup.||Staff were friendly and quick to help—when our bathroom bulb went, reception had it sorted in no time. The park layout is a bit quirky, stretching up a valley with the bar and entertainment at one end across a single track public road, which isn’t busy. The pool, shop, and reception are further up. If you’re staying near the top, expect a 10–15 minute walk to the bar, but we didn’t mind.||The swimming pool is more like a large community pool than a themed resort-style one, and the pub and arcade could use a refresh. That said, the value for money is solid, and we’ve enjoyed Away Resorts before. WiFi worked well in both the caravan and bar, and the location is great for exploring Newquay and surrounding areas, which we did most days. Just be sure to head out early to snag a parking spot if you're heading into Newquay.||Evening entertainment was fun and family-friendly, with enthusiastic staff keeping the energy up. Overall, a lovely break with a few quirks, and we’ll definitely be back 😊

We have stayed at the away resorts in Barmouth which we can highly recommend so we thought we would book with away resorts again when visiting Newquay. ||The information provided on the website regarding this site is extremely poor. It should explain there is no phone signal or WiFi at all unless you are in reception or the bar (WiFi only & very slow). It should also explain that you can not park next to your caravan. With a 3 year old and 6 months pregnant this was not ideal especially when unloading/ packing up as you can’t even temporarily move the car next to the van. We had to park down a hill and struggled to park sometimes so I dread to think what it would be like in peak holiday season.||We booked a superior caravan which on the website states “luxury”. I would agree with other comments on the reviews that it is small. I would also not describe it as luxury. The van was clean and modern but not luxury. ||We did not use the bar because it didn’t open until 3pm and due to no signal we couldn’t use the app to check the menu for suitability so we ate in town. Leads to an annoyance that for information you are always lead to the app but couldn’t use it due to no signal or WiFi and I am not wandering ten minutes to reception.||We used the indoor pool a few times. The layout was good especially with younger children as it had a large shallow area. The cleanliness however was awful. Hair, dirt, mould all over. It also needs a lot of maintenance. ||Overall the stay was ok, it didn’t ruin the holiday but it most definitely was not luxury accommodation. We are lucky that we don’t rely on the on site food/ entertainment because if we did that would have been a big disappointment. This site is capable of being so much better with improved pool cleaning, general upgrading and better information on the site page so people know what they are arriving to. ||The location is great in terms of it only being ten minutes from Newquay town and about an hour from other great towns such as st Ives.

Single mum with 2 kiddies aged 7 and 10. We booked a superior caravan and were given what a lovely, new model, the Rio Compact.|It is great, very clean with all the essentials you need to cook, plus a lovely big fridge freezer with an ice tray.||Downside is it really is compact! The kids bedroom has the usual tiny caravan beds but just about 30cm between them and very little room to put away clothes for 2 kids for a week. We kept most in suitcases in the hallway and just got out what we needed each day.||Double bed was comfy and had a good sized wardrobe. Shower cubicle was also a good size.|I think a bigger family would feel squashed in here though.||Would recommend putting some lighting down the paths back to the vans, coming back after dark meant using our phone to see where the steps and gaps in the path were.||Clubhouse was good, little arcade for the kiddies, 2 pool tables and a big entertainment space. We went to bingo a couple of times. All the staff were really friendly, there's just not enough of them to manage the queue in the evening and the ladies toilets clearly aren't cleaned daily. We didn't do kids entertainment so can't comment on that.||We arrived for the last week of the summer holidays but unfortunately the weather had already turned, this meant the outdoor pool was closed and we had to use the indoor one.|This is ok. Feels like a school sports pool rather than a fun pool, a bit dated but has open showers and changing cubicles around the outside. ||There are no play areas for bigger kids, the 2 that exist are for under 8s I would say. This was a shame but as the weather was against us, it didn't really affect us.||Be aware that I had zero phone signal in the park. Some vans have WiFi, for those without you can use it in the clubhouse.||Newquay itself has gone downhill since my last visit 5 years ago. Looks tired and lots of places closed down. But Porth Beach and all the beaches around the area still as beautiful as always.||Overall we had a really good stay. The park is peaceful, clean and friendly. I would recommend the holiday park and the helpful staff.

Our recent stay in this caravan was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. What really made this caravan stand out was its prime location—just a short walk, less than a mile, to the stunning Porth Beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sea, knowing we had a cozy and clean place to return to each evening. I highly recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

We spent a week in July at Newquay holiday park with family. Accommodation was clean and and the facilities on the park were very good.|Big shout out to the troupers Ella, Hayley, Katherine, Sasha and Alisha for all of your hard work during the week. We saw two shows which were both fantastic.|The panto production was also very good and a bit of light hearted entertainment. Stuart made an excellent Dame!

Beautiful caravan, absolutely spotless. Huge bedrooms with plenty of storage. Dishwasher, double oven and fridge freezer.
Great location, only minutes away from beautiful Porth beach.
The swimming pool is great. You don't have to book!! And you can stay as long as you like, you're only limited to an hour when it's really busy but we didn't get asked to leave at all.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the chap in the shop!
