Alhamdulillah my family and I completed our first Umrah together with the help of M. Shuaib and Saudi Manager Uncle Abul Kalam who both made it a very smooth process. There is nothing that I would've changed, everything was planned perfectly. We also received an upgrade on our hotel in Medina which was fantastic. I cannot thank them enough and I highly encourage people to go through Newcastle Travel and Tours for all their Hajj or Umrah requirements. Shuaib bhai and his team provided an impeccable service. From start to finish everything was coordinated very well. The team were very organised and it was evident they were very experienced in the service they provide.

Shuaib Bhai’s conduct, personality, selflessness and etiquette was inspirational. Even though we were a very big group, he was always at hand and made sure everyone was ok. He was always very patient and communicated all plans to us daily.

They had plenty of staff that were attentive to individuals needs, the tours were very informative about Islamic history. The hotels location in Madinah and Mecca were very close to the masjids. 10/10 Performed umrah along with Mrs with Newcastle travel and tours and although it was our first time but we never had any issues. Shoaib Bahi and his team are very helpful, organised and professional. Whole journey from start to finish was seamless and arrangements were outstanding. All packages are reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny.
