Pretty station that has features to remind you of the old days of rail. Very good customer service with staffed ticket office and friendly, chatty staff on the platform. I was travelling with a bike and process for getting bike loaded was fuss-free and quick.
Station also has lifts for moving large items. There are also shops and toilet facilities.

Great little station, plenty of car parking but as per any train station car park a little pricey at £14 for the day.

The station isn’t overly busy and has good facilities including toilets on both platforms a disability lift and a Costa coffee to get beverages.
Into London kings cross in under 1 hr 30 why drive great service.

Plenty of ticket machines and a staffed help desk. I would definitely use this station again.

Always have had a wonderful experience here BUT this bugged the poop out of me IF you have nothing nice to say don't bother we got to our Vehicle to find a flat tyer I couldn't find my brake down on my phone so asked an LNER member going home their were in a rush fare enough he said to go bk to platform 1 maby they could help thay couldn't they didn't have a pump the lady was cold and blunt she put her head round the wall and asked if the person bk thier had a pump (deep voice) came bk I WOULDNT HELP IF I HAD ONE
THERE WAS NO NEED TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT a straightforward, haven't got one, would suffice Not very helpful in a solution, very disappointed not thier problem I no but NO NEED this is not a Reflection on any other part of the service 9:30 ish 11 we are saved sister to the rescue

It’s a nice clean station. The car park is large and accessible for disabled customers.
You have to pay to park however it is very easy with an ncp app on your mobile

7 short stay parking spaces suitable for pick up, not too busy when we visited. Well laid out forecourt. Long stay car parks either side
