Dave was more than helpful whilst selling our flat in Chester city center, He kept us up to date with any news he heard and was always more than happy to help with any questions we had.
We had over 5 different estate agents speak with us when we were choosing who to go with and myself and my fiancee both felt that Dave was the most honest and reliable to deal with. Perfect service provided and would most definitely recommend!

Outstanding. Made the process of selling my house so simple and straightforward. No pressure no pushy Estate agent. Dave is fantastic. Can contact at anytime. Explains things so easily. Great service from Dominic and Dave selling my property. They were very helpful and ensured the process all went smoothly. Highly recommend to anyone selling a property in Chester, and great price too. Fantastic, helpful, friendly, trustworthy and easy to deal with.
I must admit I was a bit nervous about the “free” part expecting a bill somewhere, but it’s not come!!
Without Dave I am sure the sale of our house would have fallen through a number of times, he was contactable any time and happy to help, he went above and beyond on many occasion speaking to different solicitors to hold things together. We are so greatful to new way estates, and hope more people choose to use them in the future!

Fantastic company , great communication , I was never a fan of estate agents until now! Dominic and Dave are trustworthy down to earth and very approachable . Best of all a lot cheaper than others . I've moved house quite a few times over the years and my experience of Estate Agents was they do little to zero other than putting an advert on Rightmove and occasionally answer the phone or get back to you. This isn't Dave from New Way! The phone is answered 7 days a week and if there is a problem, question or challenge, its dealt with promptly there and then. A second to none service that is worth every penny of the (very competitive) fees they charge. If I move house again, New Way is the first phone call i'll make.
