Contacted New Roofs (Ayrshire Ltd) to have repairs carried out on a roof. From beginning to end of process, I dealt with Tom who came across as being patient and understanding, and at no point made to feel “stupid” in the questions I asked.

Tom arranged to call out and had a look at the issue I mentioned and came back with recommendations as to what needed to be done and a price which was by far, competitive compared to other quotes given. Tom also offered an explanation as to what probably caused the issues, which helped to understand the repairs that were required.

New Roofs turned up on the date agreed, and set about carrying out the necessary repairs. The work was carried out within two days. Photos were sent of the work carried out on ares where I would not have got access to check.

No nasty “extra” hidden charges were included, so work was carried out within price quoted.

Overall, I found my experience in dealing with Tom and New Roofs, a pleasurable experience from start to finish, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone 👍.

They were prompt on arrival, observed health & safety, respected my property, were tidy in their work practice and were informative during the process.
