My daughter and I have just returned from a fabulous walking holiday in Mallorca.
New Experience were a delight to deal with, the staff are efficient, helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any issues we occurred.
We did the self guided Dry Stone Walk which took 6 days. The holiday was extremely well organised from the all the information given prior to departure, our choice of airport, all our transfers including moving our luggage from hotel to hotel. Great accommodation.
We would highly recommend this company and thank you for helping to make a dream come true.

This has been our third time we have traveled with New experience holidays. Just returned from 13 days walking on the Camino. I can’t find any fault with them, they have been brilliant from booking, supplying us with all our paperwork and the accommodation they chose for us from a few hotels to hostels have been excellent. We needed a bit of help a few times whilst walking so I just phoned their tour operator in Spain and they very quickly responded and sorted for us. A few other tour operators were mentioned by the other walkers and they didn’t receive the help we got.

We've had 2 holidays with New Experience, the first was great (Slovenia), the second (Morrocco) never happened because of the Coronovirus. Throughout the process they kept us well informed and when the Government advised against travel (3 days before we were due to leave) we were refunded our money in total with only a slight delay as they were waiting for our flights to be refunded by the airline. I will definately travel with them again, a professional and friendly service with attention to detail.

I have had 3 holidays with New Experience holidays. The first was not bad, with the exception of one awful hotel. On the second they created huge delays after I had booked - they then spent 2 months in apparent confusion, cancelling then reinstating the holiday, and only definitely deciding to go ahead two months later. The holiday was OK though in the end.

The third was a complete mess. They spent a month during which time all they managed was to book 2 hotels, and failed to book the other 2. They then wanted a large extra payment for 2 uninspiring hotels plus a massive flight supplement. All this due to their long delay and failure to organise the holiday in time. They agreed they had messed up badly, but refused to honour the original price.

Just returned from our first walking holiday with New Experience. Highly recommended. We had a self guided holiday so accommodation was organised for us and we were given maps and instructions for a variety of walks in the area where we stayed. Excellent choice of walks and detailed instructions. A great way to have a walking holiday in a different country.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this company during the COVID crisis. I had booked a walking tour to Morocco with my best friend leaving Paris March 15 (a Sunday). On Friday all flights to and from Morocco and France were cancelled. On March 17th the entire country of Marocco shut down and they would have had to evacuate us had we gone (which was impossible because there was no way to get there). They chose not to reimuburse a penny even though we never left because it was materially impossible. I post their response so you can understand the level of NOT caring that goes into their work and their customer service.
"Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry about the delay getting back to you.
I did request that this be reviewed and I have received the following feedback.
On 13th March you wrote to us stating that things were too shaky for you and that you hoped we could re-schedule. On 13th March we replied to say that the hotels etc. were still expecting you and that any cancellation at that point would be non-refundable.
On 17th March, the FCO (by whom we are governed) advised against all non-essential travel to Morocco
As you opted not to travel before the FCO advised against travel, this has to be viewed as disinclination to travel. Had you travelled then arrangements would have needed to be made to curtail the holiday but this is irrelevant as you decided not to go. We were not responsible for your flight arrangements so whether your flights operated, or, not, the fact remains that the holiday you booked could have commenced on 15th March, had you travelled.
I am sorry but there is nothing more I can do. I asked that the case be reviewed and this is the response received from management.
If you wish to discuss this further or raise any other points please let me know and I will forward the details on to management.

We had a wonderful experience with new experience. Our holiday was stress free because of everyone at New experience, Anna and Matthew were lovely and helped us tremendously from booking , during and till the end of our hike.

Great variety of walking holidays. Descriptions show type of terrain and how many metres ascent and descent there are on each walk. Very helpful.
