Normal have a lovely experience here, staff are so nice. Today however I was made to feel like I was being told off. I have left feeling upset.
Suggestion if you don't want chocolate touched don't put it by the till on a bottom shelf where small children can easily reach it whilst parents are distracted when paying.

Stopped here to use the shower and was refused. Guy on the till said you need to pay £20 for parking. Told him i aint paying £20 for a shower ! Most unhelpful and downright rude. No customer service whatsoever. After spending £300 on fuel i left. Had to fill up, i had no choice but i wont be using this garage again.

Great fuel petrol station and definitely the cheapest around Oswestry and the surrounding areas!
Friendly staff, extremely clean and stocked with all the necessary essentials, snacks, coffee and much more..
Even though it's about 9 miles from my local petrol stations, I'm definitely coming back again as it's worth it...also gives my car a good run...
Cheers all for great service, best fuel prices and friendliness with a smile is pretty incredible!

Excellent petrol station and londis shop. Petrol at an excellent price, 5p litre less than anywhere in Shrewsbury. The shop is very smart and modern with a wide range of products! Worthwhile dropping off the A5 to fill up

Great site and well worth stopping by for Costa Coffee, hot food , slush , wide selection of frozen, grocery , chilled and enormous selection of alcohol . Fresh flowers too!

Selling diesel at a reasonable price, not taking the pi55 like the stations in Oswestry! Nice little shop as well with some great bargains, well worth the short diversion off the bypass!
