My daughter and me always use n.e all drivers have been really good with us.we have a good laugh with most of them.my daughter has a.d.h.d and autism and anxiety and has travelled alone with them numerous time.they always talk to us and always say her name and hello to her first which is really lovely. Getting to actually speak to someone is a bonus! Busy line, but lady who answered very helpful and patient. Driver arrived spot on time, was kind, caring, courteous and efficient. Apologies that I have forgotten his name. I would use this company again, would recommend it and most certainly commend the driver who took me near Central Station on Monday 29th April at 7.20 am.

I would like to thank NE Taxis for the brilliant service from their driver Kate who supported my autistic daughter on her first taxi ride on her own.

Rude taxi drivers.

Nearly crashed into me after going into my lane and then opened his door and threatened me.

No worries I have got all the footage of ur driver u can report me who ever u want and all messenger talk too hope u saved them videos too and there are no options to put the video on here ur lucky because the driver who u protect is dangerous to be behind the wheel like that he could cause or harm someone life imagine it was someone from ur family or relatives he done it never mind it’s not worth to trying to explain it to you because seems like you have understanding issues.!!!

It all depends on what driver you get today what a sad and miserable bloke paid for my mother and my dog she got to my address didn't say 1 word to her b4 arriving at address then moaned as she was paying by bank card made her uncomfortable
