A big thank you to Scott for all his help etc during what became s long drawn out process.
Having Sold our house within 2 weeks of advertising it, it then took a further 7 months before we completed and moved in to new property.
Without Scott being so diligent and helpful contacting our buyers solicitor and theirs, getting EPC sorted for our and their properties etc not sure if it wouldn't have taken longer.
