Nature's Spectacular - Bristol

A last minute decision to go away and the best decision was to stay here at nature’s spectacular! We booked Deer Cabin with the Hot Tub for 3 nights. The location was ideal. Easy enough to find and so close to Bath, Bristol and the coast, plus the most amazing views over Chew lake and only a few minutes walk to both Lake, pub and village shop. A walk through the lit up wood to find our accommodation, and all so clean inside. We were provided with lots of clean towels, plus washing up liquid, sponge, salt, pepper and cooking oil! Just don’t forget your hand wash. Slept like logs, the bed was so comfortable, cosy and quiet, absolutely ideal, and so lovely to escape TV and get back to simplicity, although there is a blue tooth speaker system for a bit of radio 2! Only tricky bit was to keep the hot tub at a comfortable temperature.. too many logs meant bit too hot but a little practice and all was good.. watching the blood moon with a glass of Prosecco in the tub..not a soul around.. absolutely perfect! Oh and we had one question whilst we were there and the response from the owners was quite literally minutes!! Definitely recommend Natures Spectacular and Deer Cabin!

My family stayed in the land yacht for one night. It was a really unique break, Neily the host was very helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area is truly beautiful and the accommodation is lovely and private.
It’s a perfect escape in nature with the perks of a hot tut and a quirky place to sleep

We will like to return and explore the rest of the area.

Our group of 11 booked out almost the whole site and were thrilled when we arrived!

The lodges are all unique, with thought and attention put into each of the designs.

We stayed in the converted Airstream, which was a great experience - with brilliant views!

Niely (and his beautiful dog Xena) were super friendly and helpful with getting us all set up, whilst firing up the hot tubs.

Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Dive right into wild camping, dancing with fire, cooking and relaxing.

I recommend checking the description because some room doesn't have shower especially the camping circle we booked.

Luckily we also booked the room with shower and kitchen and I can say it's really romantic place and very beautiful. A really nice escape from people. (I didn't have a picture of this place but it's probably the one in the Page's front.)

We stayed for three nights in The Showman's, which was once the family home of a circus ringmaster, and has now been beautifully set up for a glamping away break. We stayed with our youngest teenager, who had plenty of space in the double bedroom, and we were down the other end in the king size bed. There was under floor heating in all areas of the accommodation, which made it super cosy and we really enjoyed snuggling up on the sumptious sofa to read. The hot tub was amazing, it stayed hot for such a long time, and we found that lighting it once in the afternoon meant that it was hot enough all night and still hot enough the next morning! We loved the shower room and the proper flushing toilet, and all the little touches that made this a real luxury stay. For example, very good quality tea and coffee, a great selection of herbs and spices, pretty glasses and kitchenware, the Rok coffee press, and the soft, fluffy towels. Finally, we can't end the review, without mentioning the site and the view! Such a treat to wander round in the evenings and see rabbits hopping around, sit around a campfire at night time, and wake up to the most stunning views over the Chew Valley lake. A very special place, and we look forward to our next stay!

Goblin Giblets

This is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a stay cation just far enough away to not be disturbed but close enough for you to be avaliable for any emergencies.

We stayed in the showman which sleeps 6 just for 2 and it was a lovely 3 day decompression and i will be coming again!

Reception is a bit spotty inside but the lack of a tv in the cabin is great for an escape!

Me and a friend recently stayed in the Yurt Lush accommodation. It's tucked away in a lovely spot, hidden but with a perfect view of Chew Valley lake. It was just stunning, the Yurt and the view. The site itself is great for a little stroll and was really peaceful. The accommodation came with everything needed, including leftover wood for the outside fire pit - well needed for the cold night! The nearby foot path that takes you around the lake was great for a morning walk. We will definitely be returning 🙂
