Absolutely disgusted with the experience on the way back to the airport. They sell online tickets via Ryanair app that can be used within 24 hours and without a specific timetable, which you think adds to your traveling flexibility in case of delays or wanting to catch an earlier bus. However, in this process, they do NOT mention that you can buy tickets for a specific time over their official website, which is then prioritized over us who get a general ticket for any time. They do mention this in T&C, but this should not allow anybody offering a "professional service" to say that all places are booked already and that even though you bought a legitimate ticket you cannot get onto any bus in the coming hours as they are specifically sold out. It is basically buying a ticket with a false sense of security. There were 50 people standing in front waiting to get on the bus which is "sold out", all in the same predicament. Then it was up to staff to defuse the situation, which must be a pretty tough thing to do.

Anybody who travels with them, know that you should buy a ticket for a specific time. It is not worth the stress otherwise.

We somehow managed by sheer luck to find another airport bus agency on the same station who had a few free slots and had to buy anothet set of tickets.

Good evening,

It must be mentioned that the ground staff is extremely rude and gives the impression that they do whatever they want without following any common-sense rules. We purchased two tickets for the 17:30 departure, followed the instructions of the staff member, and ended up boarding the 18:30 trip instead.

I informed another staff member three times that our scheduled time had already passed and that we were not being allowed to board. He told me that he was prioritizing priority tickets for the 18:00 and 18:30 departures and that if there were any remaining seats, we would be allowed on. As you can understand, if all the other passengers had purchased priority tickets, I would never have been able to board.

Either change the way passengers are boarded or stop selling standard tickets since they have no actual value.

PS: The bus and its driver were excellent.

These guys are always rude; I have had times where they questioned me over buying their ticket for cheaper through legitimate 3rd party vendors. They have an almost suspiciously impenetrable monopoly on all UK airports and as a consequence they are extremely rude, unprofessional and very often treat their customers with utter contempt. Don’t be a sack of potatoes and use the alternative services, please. And look at their inflated ratings - I am certain some good reviews are fake as they consistently get it wrong!

I had left a computer on the bus 727 from LHR to STN today @ 2:30pm. It had plenty of my travel plans, itns, links, saved documents that would be impossible to recreate on the road.
The team that worked this afternoon in the STN office was fantastic. They all seemed to care about it as much as I did. They tracked the bus until it arrived at a station, contacted the driver who then confirmed that he had it and then somehow found a way for a bus 728 going in the opposite direction to meet the driver who had my computer and deliver it back by 7:15 pm. Then Abijit messaged me on WA to come and pick it up. I am sorry I don’t have other people’s names but they all participated in this effort. The level of care this team went through to help me is Inspiring! Thank You so much!!!

Bought the ticket in advance online, but when I got here the bus left 10 minutes before scheduled time with no warning. Been told the next one is in almost 40 minutes, happy Easter Monday everyone!

Great customer service, Staff going the extra mile for me printing my ticket when the office was closed, Which I really did appreciate but the office should be open 24 hours in my opinion, With the bus stands would be great to have information screens live with bus times on every stand, With the flow of passengers per day this would be a good investment, My journey with National express back to Colchester was very comfortable and relaxing so will recommend your service πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

Hate national express!!! Waited for the bus for 40 minutes, outside with kids. It cold, windy, heavy rain. And it’s after 2 days trip from another country. you don't understand anything about logistics!
