Este lugar no es ideal pero sirve su propósito. No tienen instalaciones de baño ni un lugar para comprar snacks o bebidas. Hay un pequeño bus shelter si hace lluvia. Lo mejor es llevar snacks contigo y si necesitas el baño, hay un pub cerca y el centro deportivo nacional de Gales también.

Not ideal but it serves a purpose. No toilet facilities or an outlet to buy snacks or drinks. There is a small bus shelter if it's raining. Best bring snacks with you and if you need the loo, there's a pub nearby and the national sports centre for Wales too.

Great value for money. Takes the stress out of travelling. We went from West Wales to Birmingham.
I booked accessible seats, good legroom as I'd had knee surgery.
The drivers were happy to help load my wheelchair and were friendly and professional.

A necessary place to visit to get the coach but not a great coach station at all. You have to pay for parking which adds to the cost of being dropped off and picked up. There are toilets which is helpful but then there is just a large bus shelter to wait for the coach but no other amenities.

Super easy Cardiff-London transport! I am so happy i discovered National Express buses. National Express allows late travelers arriving Gatwick Airport to reach Cardiff using their bus transport. Also Cardiff National Express coach station has complete connection with London Victoria Station which allows you to travel for under 15 pounds. The bus is super comfortable, leather seats, charging ports, wifi, and the bus drivers are wonderful. So easy!

To be honest, it does the job - it's very bare bones and basic, but I've never had an issue here. There is one small shelter near the buses, and a toilet block and reception a short walk away. It could certainly do with renovating or relocating at some point, but I'm not sure where to or how!

Easy to get to, lots of parking available.

Took a coach to London, booked in advance on the national express website.
After arriving there are plenty of places to sit with shelter, clean and tidy and easy to navigate.
Staff were available to answer any questions .

Relatively easy to catch the bus from Cardiff to London. Best to pre book online, it’s much cheaper than taking a train. Takes 4 hours. Luggage related questions may be answered by seeing the photos I have posted. If you have less luggage, there is a coffee shop / restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
