I'd previously worked with Natalie with some smaller holidays however, I reached out for help to organise a 2 month sabbatical which involved 11 different flights. Natalie's help ranged from getting us the best deals for our chosen route, organising hotels, ski pass & hire amongst various other Transfers.

Having Natalie on hand for the whole trip to help with check ins, rearrange late flight cancellations & navigate Airport issues was an unbelievable help & enabled us to have the trip of a lifetime. We'll be sure to work with her for our future trips!

Wow. What an experience, Natalie has been our go to for our last couple of holidays. First for our honeymoon and this time for an anniversary break away.

this time she heled us pick our perfect holiday in Fuerteventura. We had originally booked into one hotel purely for the spa, however after booking and looking to pre plan our spa experience she learned that this part of the hotel had since closed but she immediately looked into other options and came back with three suggestions. When she presented the Bahia Secrets hotel we both giggled with joy and selected it there and then.

This was the most perfect hotel and we loved our stay here, it was pure luxury and we could not fault our experience, so much so we will be speaking to Natalie to rebook but for longer.

Natalie organised the most wonderful 4day trip for my birthday to beautiful Venice, the city of canals, gondolas, and timeless beauty, exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of enchantment and wonder. Our accommodation nestled in the heart of Venice, provided us with a perfect blend of luxury and authenticity. Every morning, we awakened to breakfast on the Grand Canal.
The itinerary crafted by Natalie was nothing short of perfection. Of course, no visit to Venice would be complete without a romantic gondola ride along its winding canals. As we glided beneath ornate bridges and past elegant palaces, we felt transported to another era, where time seemed to stand still. Whether we were savouring a gelato by the Grand Canal or admiring exquisite glassblowing craftsmanship on the island of Murano, we were welcomed with open arms and genuine smiles. In conclusion, our trip to Venice, meticulously planned by Natalie was an
unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. Grazie to our incredible travel agent for orchestrating a journey that will stay with us forever.

| loved the fact that I could pay for our trip in instalments via the MyTC app, but what impressed me the most was Natalie's attention to detail;

* Sending the registration details to the holiday destination on my behalf
* Informing me that although there had been flooding in the area, our accommodation was unaffected.
