I recently had a truly awful experience with Nam Travel that I feel compelled to share. The lady at the shop was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, she seemed completely disinterested in helping me and was outright dismissive of my concerns.

When I visited her office to ask about my refund, I overheard her telling another customer that I was a manipulator. This was not only untrue but also completely appalling. A few days ago, when I spoke to her on the phone, she had the audacity to accuse me of being rude and disrespectful while I was simply trying to explain my situation. It’s clear she has no idea how to treat her customers with basic decency.

To make matters worse, I had to drag my sick child to her office because she had blocked my number. Whenever I tried to call, she would just hang up and lie, claiming she was on another line. Her behavior is utterly unacceptable and downright disgraceful. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for travel assistance.

I purchased a Ba ticket with Nam travel and both the prices and experience was great. I took the trouble to visit the office and Nam is a very Nice and straight talking individual. I will definitely recommend this agent, she goes the extra mile to ensure you get the best deal.

If you want to experience terrible customer service you're in the right place. The worst travel agent I have ever had the misfortune of using! Very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process of booking our holiday. Introducing additional fees that the airline were not aware of post-booking. Deplorable service! If you want to live in fear that your tickets will be cancelled, have your name incorrectly printed on your flight ticket or generally bad customer service, then book with this company. Worst of the worst. If I could give it zero stars I would. Book at your own risk!

Horrendous customer service from this very rude and unprofessional woman.. Great Intially but as soon as the transition was made the service was terrible. We had an issue to deal with once we arrived at our destination and this woman screamed at me for contacting her..I strongly advise against booking with this agent!

I wasn't given a chance to speak. She immediately assumed I calling about a flight to Jamaica , when in fact I was calling about a flight to USA. Had to hang up the phone.

i just called Nam to enquire about flying iut to J.A the indian lady who answered the phone was omg so fast talking and very rude , simply because she claim tge phone line was distorted she even put the phone down on me when i called back she tried to apologise saying she didnt know what happened i then said to her that i knew what happened you put the phone down on me and thats really rude she then said well i dont want to talk to you now good bye OMG such rudeness I'm not all together sure who's company this is if its even hers but one thing i do know it will crumble if you guys dont get more training thats all you need how the hell you have a company and dont have basic skills 🙄
