I got a pedicure today and it was an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. The place was clean, relaxing, and had a calming atmosphere. I chose the foot care package with a massage – my feet feel completely rejuvenated!
Definitely coming back and highly recommend to friends. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Didn’t top coat one of my feet. Cut my nails too short to the point it was painful and dug into my nail bed so bad that it bled. Tried blaming me for the length of my nails even though everyone in the salon heard me say only a little bit off. Normally amazing in there which is why it’s 2 stars instead of one but be careful of the young boy if he does your feet as i’ve never had such bad service with them ever. Left polish all round my toes from where he’s tried to correct them and hasn’t cleaned up after the work.

So far the best nail salon in West Byfleet + Weybridge area. I've had my nails done here twice by two separate nail technicians and both evidently displayed an artistic approach with caring attention to detail. They were attentive to my ideas and made me feel comfortable. Only downside was the rushed demeanor, which at times made me worry if I'm getting my money's worth. Overall the end results balanced everything out - will definitely visit again.

Strategically located across the street from the Byfleet station and Costas, Nailux is indeed very conveniently located as you may grab a coffee from Costas on your way there. They are kind enough to offer you drink from their fancy coffee machine, or mini fridge, plus, and this is a definite bonus, some cookies. Not just any cookies, it’s good caliber, individually wrapped, Lotus Biscoff. Lisa did a wonderful job on my pedicure, and added some builders gel before my French gel, as to strengthen my very thin and fragile toenails. The massage chair was absolutely sublime whilst the soft background music and display screen creates a tranquil ambience. There’s ample parking ( paid) and booking is essential, as they are super busy. Having said that, they’re always trying to accommodate and willing to squeeze you in , in case of an emergency, and appointments are usually available the same day, or the next. They offer any kind of nails you can imagine, and it’s just amazing how efficient , professional this team manages the salon. They can multi task, I’ve watched them work on two clients at a time, doing a pedi on one client , whilst putting nails in soak on another , if it gets buzy… They managed it so well, and no client ever felt neglected… They’re probably the only place who actually follows up on missed calls. I mean, who does that? You can definitely buy a friend a gift voucher here as I would highly recommend them. The staff wear masks and all equipment come in sterile packaging . They are all pros with an electric file, which saves a bunch of time, I was in at 10:30 and out at 12:12, my French gel pedi and French acrylic infills all done and dusted. £ 83 for both (the pedi being £45 and the infills the balance) . I love coming to this salon, and always feels truly pampered , so I leave a tip to show appreciation.
