I booked umrah with this company. Be very careful when booking with this company as they are not very clear in the way they book your stay. And if you do not know any Arabic or urdu then you'll struggle as their private drivers (who are taxi drivers) do not speak English. Only urdu or Arabic. Also if you have issues you will have to be very persistent to attract their attention as it took me one and half weeks to contact them. Do not email them as they ignore emails or lie that they haven't recieved the emails. For my first time going to umrah I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by this company. After speaking to mohsin he did not understand my situation and then cut me off on the phone. So this is a genuine review. I do many reviews and this is my first negative review i have made. But I believe people should be aware in how they treat their customers.

Had a great Umrah experience with these guys Alhamdulillah. Sharifa at Manchester branch was extremely helpful and professional. She got us the best deal possible. Answered all our questions with great patience and understanding. Ammara at Peterborough branch was very helpful in getting everything together before we set off. Faheem (Makkah) and Sabir (Madinah) were both brilliant in arranging the transport as promised. The drivers were very helpful, the hotels were nice and were exactly as described. More importantly the price on the offer was better than anyone else in the market and I would like to think that I don’t throw away my money.
All in all a great experience and I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I would like to thank Mr Kamran Akhtar for the sufficient and remarkable service in regards to arranging my Umrah package for March 2017. This is the second time I use Noori Travel and Tours in three years, and I can gladly say that I am a very pleased, happy and loyal customer to them. My Umrah Visa was stamped and issued in less than 5 days, which is really astonishing!

Again, a very big thank you to agent Kamran for his professionalism and expertise in arranging my package this year. I would definitely recommend this agency for all my family members and friends.

Went on Umrah for the first time with my family through Noori Travels. Booking with them was easy and hassle free. They made sure everything went smoothly for us. The staff at Manchester branch and over the phone were easy to communicate with. The staff they had in Saudi Arabia made sure our hotel check in, transportation and ziyarats were taken care of. Special mention to the staff in Medinah Sabir Ali who took really good care of us. Before we arrived in Medinah he already checked us in to our hotel as well as that upgraded us to King size room at no extra cost because we had a baby with us. Also accompanied us on our ziyarat. Thank you for going that extra mile for us Sabir Ali. Will definitely recommend anyone going on Umrah or Hajj to book through Noori Travels

Thank you to Noori Travels as this was my first time going on Umrah and Noori Travels was a recommendation from a colleague so I went to their Travel shop in Levenshulme and the service provided by Awais was exceptional as he provided usefull information regarding umrah and gave booklets,tasbees and water bottles for zam zam water. The visa process was fast and easy as I got it within 2 days. Also they gave fast responses to any emails or phone calls I did. Highly recommended as prices are reasonable and the travel agents are very reliable and friendly.

Last minute flight booking is very easy with them as they respond with in an hour and provide flight updates
