Our subscription car - which we were very happy with - developed a small fault, detected only when it was MOT'd. Tony, Business Manager, responded immediately and within a day, car was taken for repair and Tony supplied us with replacement vehicle. Tony kept in touch and car was promptly repaired and returned - beautifully cleaned. Tony was very helpful, friendly and professional and the whole experience was very positive. We have had a great experience with mycardirect. We booked a six month lease from Australia and mycardirect were the only company who made it easy. Car was ready waiting for us. We were a bit alarmed by a Tyre pressure warning on the M25 - we found a place to check Tyre pressure and fixed this. The side light also needed replacing. Otherwise the Citroen C3 is great and can’t fault the leasing process.

The worst experience I ve ever had - BE AWARE of FRAUD please and never touch this company - they charged full month payment and took the car silently from your yard with all the belongings inside of the car! 2000$ glasses jewellery documents books kids stuff- and!!! DRUVING LICENSE!

I have hired my first car with this company and their customer service team have been really helpful. Fast response times via Email or by phone.

Delivery was spot on. I had a slight issue with the fuse that broke for the screen wash. I gave them a call who passed me over to their partner, Allstar who booked me in to the local SEAT garage to get it fixed.

More impressively, they have issued me a VE103 (Vehicle on Hire Certificate) at very short notice with no issues what so ever.

All in all, I am very happy with MyCarDirect. The car is on the pricey side but the their customer service makes them worth it! Have already recommended them to my friends as well.

Called them yesterday asking to rent a van. I was promised they would call me back this morning. Obviously no one called at all and when I reached out myself I was just shrugged off and told there's no van available. No attempt to help find a solution, no advice, no timeline (eg. "we will have one on this and that day"), nothing.

If this is how their customer works for the prospective customers (just text me back in the morning so I don't waste a day!), I'm so happy I didn't actually rent anything. No way I'm coming back.

Fantastic! Very professional and easy to work with. The entire process from start to finish was straightforward & clear and best of all you actually get to speak to a real person easily! I dealt with Michael who was outstanding in his customer service.
Great cars - even better price compared to the usual rip off at the airport. Definitely worth the short journey from Heathrow to Hemel Hempstead to collect the car.
I will definitely use this company again.

I had a car for 2 months and it was a perfect fit (Citroen). Delivery and collection were on time, communication was seamless with no long delays between emails (Lydia!). The price structure fits all budgets for those looking for an alternative way to drive and finance a car. The choice of cars is also very good too and can cater for most tastes. Certainly a company with a focus on customer service and following through on commitments. MCD is a trustworthy company.
