Called My Vacations today to find out ticket prices to Amritsar, India however the customer service was absolutely appalling. The lady initially asked me to check their website which is being updated so there in no access and then transferred me through to someone in their sales to help me out. The lady who I was transferred through to failed to understand on numerous occasions the requirements and then blamed when I mentioned the lack in customer service it was blamed on a "server issue" - Avoid these travel agents if you want things to take forever and also if you want to pay more than other places!

I am booking tickets for me and my family every destination with My vacation since 13 years.I am glade to share this experience with you because I am getting always good flights deals with them.I recommend special name is "DEEPAK BAWA" who's always helps with best customer service.He is taking time to find best deals for customers to makes them happy.I strongly recommend to you guys before you buy air tickets from anywhere, you must call 📞 this office for batter deals.

You would be hard pushed to beat My Vacations’ prices. We found out about them through their partner company My Gibraltar who we’ve used for a few years now and have booked several short breaks with them. Last year we took a weekend break to Paris for less than £100 each which is approximately the same as what we would spend on a day out to London on the train!

I don’t know how they do it but keep it up and we’ll keep coming back!

My wife and I have just returned from a 14 night holiday in the Maldives booked through Myvacations, what an experience, Myvacations booked us on a flight with Emirates, the flight was fantastic and the crew very helpful, from London to the Maldives we didn't have to worry about luggage once we had checked in even though we had to change planes in Dubai, after landing in the Maldives we had a 30 minute speedboat ride to our island, once on the island we were met on the jetty by a young man with cool face cloths which were very much needed, then checked in to our rooms. My wife and I needed a well earned break, with Myvacations organising flight, hotels and transfers all we had to do was enjoy our holiday and by day two my wife had one word and one phrase which summed up our holiday, the word " Paradise " and the phrase " life doesn't get any better than this " , we just didn't want to come home, Myvacations had done us proud, the island itself was fantastic, white sands, lovely blue clear water,we stayed in a Beach Villa just a few feet from the lovely warm Indian Ocean, going into the sea with the fish swimming around your feet in the warm water was unreal, the staff are both friendly and very helpful, the food there is plentiful and they cater for all tastes, rooms are cleaned daily and beds are made ready each evening, every Thursday is Maldives 🇲🇻 day so you get a taste of Maldivian food and in the evening you can see Maldivian Drummers ( fantastic). During our stay we were that impressed with Myvacations with what they had booked for us that we have booked again already for next year.

Have always had an excellent service booking through My Vacations. Everyone is friendly, helpful and don't mind walking through any difficulties when doing online check in procedure's.

Be very careful, bunch of lairs and scavengers. booked the tickets in January which were cancelled due to covid 19 in March and still chasing my money and they come up with new excuse every time. Customer service is appalling .
