11 of us had arranged a trip with Tanveer. He gave us an exceptional price and really went out of his way to assist us where needed. It was our first time going to Umrah so we were slightly unsure but he really assisted us and done everything from transport arrangements, ticket and hotel bookings and even the e-visas.

We all definitely felt that we got our money's worth.

Alhamdullilah we have completed our Umrah Trip via Muslims Holy Travel. We had an amazing experience from flights to hotels and travel. The trip was 6 days in total where we went direct to Jeddah from Gatwick, then from there we had transport to Makkah. Both Hotels in Makkah (5* Swissotel Makkah) and Medina (4* Swiss International) were amazing with great views from the Makkah Hotel. Transport from Makkah to medina was also great however we would’ve liked our drivers to be a little more nice.

It was my first time booking with an agency and i came across Tanveer as he was the one helping me so much for me and my family, honestly i would happily recommend him to anyone that i know that wants to go umrah. Even when i arrived there he still went out of his way to reassure me and making sure that everything is okay and going very smoothly, and when we came back he still checked up on me asking if everything went well overall. He listened and took action of our needs and made sure that they have been met.

This our first Umrah. We were was very nervous! But the Muslims Holy Travel took care of everything ( Thanks to brother Zain) hotels, Airport transfers, Ziyarats in both Makkah and Madinah.. The hotels were booked at the decent locations ( Approx ).. Overall recommended 100% especially Umrah with family members ( Children or elderly). Jzk kairan

I have booked with travel agent for my umra trip from the 21st to 29th October 2024. They arrange a connecting flight from Heathrow to doha and then to jeddah, on the way back madina to doha to Heathrow. We stay in 5 star hotel address and paullman zamalzam. The service there was amazing. Everything was pre-planned from taxi to ziyarath to breakfast and dinner. I paid 1600 per person. It was all walking distance to the masjid (10) max. My family had a blessed experience. My sister has also used thus travel agency Allhamdullia we had an amazing experience and will recommend and will use again insha'Allah. We booked our first ever Umrah with Muslim Holy Travel after a recommendation from a friend. We were quite concerned about which agency to use after hearing a number of horror stories but we could not have chosen a better company to book with. From the very beginning Zain put us at ease and shared all the information we needed. He walked us through the entire process and we ended up booking two excellent hotels along with Ziayarats, transportation to and from the airports, as well as all necessary VISAs. Zain was always contactable and always responded whenever we had a question or query. There was one minor issue at one of the hotel's and Zain was quick to get involved and resolve it. The entire experience from booking, the Umrah itself and return back to Birmingham was amazing. There are cheaper agencies out there but I believe Muslim Holy Travel offer the best value and are extremely reliable. We will be using them for our next Umrah insha'allah.

Went few days ago for 7 days a beautiful experience, the hotels were amazing and just walking distance.. Ulfat Ali made sure it was all sorted out and confirmed..
it was easy to message and sort last minute things too..
the drivers were all very friendly and trustworthy.. definitely would book again in the future with my children..
in all it was everything made simple and just how we asked.

This was my first Umrah and really didn’t know what to expect, I had Zain helping me and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more, he provided me with a bunch of quotes to get the right package and was always on hand to answer any questions I had even outside the travel side of things. 10/10 would recommend to anyone whether that is first timers or experienced, everything was smooth with no issues and a very good price!
