I use Murray Travel, communicating with them from Zimbabwe for flights to Inverness and back to Harare. We have tried Emirates, Qatar and BA. Pros and cons for each but we are currently using BA for the more direct south-north trip with only one major flight of 11 hours.

Murray Travel spotted that my passport was expiring on the trip they were booking and I was able to then go down to Glasgow for a £200 same day renewal (in under 3 hours) before Christmas 2024.

Booking and payments have always gone well.

Went down with Scott and a group to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Excellent trip not too big a group size, very friendly and knowledgeable hosts, great fun. You've got to visit their Inverness branch!
Murray Travel offers a tremendous travel service. Just visiting their Inverness branch was an experience! You know from the moment you walk in you are getting a quality personalised service. The welcome was super friendly and Scott took the time, over a fresh cup of coffee, to understand exactly what I needed from a family holiday to Italy. I can't recommend Murray Travel enough.

My experience with Inverness Travel was amazing from start to finish.

From the plentiful cups of proper coffee during my visits, to the advice from both Carla and Sarah when we deciding where we were going to spend our honeymoon, and all the way through to when I travelled and returned.

I have never had service quite like this before, and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend or indeed use them again.

Booked our Girls holiday for 9 of us to NYC with Hannah for October 2020 - she was extremely helpful and professional. Although because of COVID-19 we are unable to travel this year we will be in to see Hannah very soon so we can re-book our trip for 2021. We came to Murray travel a couple of years ago because we wanted to get married abroad and didn't know where to start! Carla invited us to go in and have a chat with her about it and very quickly we knew that we were in safe hands. It wasn't long before she was able to come back to us with a range of different options to choose from and once we had decided, she took care of absolutely everything and did an amazing job of helping us stick within the budget we set!

We got married in Mauritius and Honeymooned in Dubai, every aspect was taken care of, Carla would liaise with the hotel on our behalf and made sure we knew exactly what documents we would need for getting married, transporting wedding outfits, making sure we had the right insurance and knew the rules in Dubai etc. This was also through times where restrictions due to covid were constantly changing yet she would always make sure we were up to date with all of the relevant and most up to date information. I am not sure what i would have done at times if it wasn't for being able to contact Carla whenever i had questions because she always came back to me, communication was second to none which is invaluable in these unpredictable times!

Our trip went better than we could have ever imagined and we cant thank Carla enough for organising it all for us. We will never book a holiday online again after our experience at Murray Travel. The next one is already in the pipeline!

A truly 5 star service and 5 star holiday. Everything taken care of and very good value for money. Inverness Travel managed to beat all the quotes I'd received from other travel agencies and added on some extras.
Highly recommended.
