Stay away from this garage. No fault whatsoever with the lads that work the cars. I need my car for my living and the owners know this. I left my car off last Monday (with the owners knowledge) with a coolant system failure that was easily, from my own inquiries with fellow drivers online, an affordable and uncomplicated fix. A working week later and my car is still sitting in their yard, while I drive around in an expensive hire vehicle. I send a message through their website asking why and what is happening - using firm but fair language. The adminsitrator shares the text with the staff and then dumps my rare car on the roadside over the weekend, refusing to work on it because I used 'hurty words' and I have to find alternatives. I've been taking my cars here for going on five years spending thousands of my pounds. Avoid, as they have no loyalty to their longstanding customers.

I had an issue with my car late Friday afternoon and had thought that the car wasn't drivable, so I needed someone to have a look at it as soon as possible. I had phoned around a few different mechanics with no luck, no one was able to take it until at least a week later. Murray Motors had squeezed me in and had taken a look at my car for me given the circumstances (I was down from Belfast and with the issues I thought the car was having, I would have been stuck). The issue turned out to be something simple, and within 15 minutes the team had sorted the problem and refused payment. I cannot thank them enough, a lovely team of people, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lovely experience, including the initial phone call with a very kind and helpful receptionist. I can't recommend them enough!

Wheel alignment costing £110 was conducted by Murray Motors, after which front tyres started to wear badly at the edges. During the second visit, they found no issues but said it was because it was BMW. After inspection, I noticed they had altered the camber from the shock absorber. However, this car has no adjustable camber. I had no bad tyre wear for 11 years until I mistakenly tried Murray Motors.
