Terrible terrible service! The lady was extremely rude and hung up on us quite a few times, stating that she had been here at the time we discussed! But we were waiting at the gate well before the time. I do understand the perspective of the driver but at least before leaving she could have called me once! (She has my number (because I CALLED HER to make the booking). And when I try to explain she hangs up! The disrespectful nature of this particular driver and the experience, I will never be using their service! I would suggest everyone else the same!

We would like to acknowledge the service we had from your driver Lee on Sunday 17th December when my elderly sister had dropped her purse in his taxi he immediately returned it to her and refused to take a tip.Lee was a very friendly and courteous driver and would certainly use your company in the future. Fantastic service! Drivers always on time and very helpful. Have used their service over others after being let down by another taxi operator while trying to catch the train one morning. Would definitely recommend Mundole Taxis to all.

Taxi arrived In a good time limit. Felt it was a bit expensive for the journey taken but totally accept that it is a rural area and priced as such. Wouldn't stop me using this service if in the area again

Mundole's take my Granny to and from Tesco every other day. She always finds the drivers extremely helpful in helping her with her bags and getting the car door for her....1st Class Service.
