I attended the store yesterday and was helped by Joe and Sue. I’m off to Lapland in a couple of days and I had a long list of shopping that was required. I was really pleased with the level of service I got. Both ladies were really helpful. Sue spend time with me and my three kids to make sure we got the items we were looking for and explained which products would be best suited for our needs.

I felt it was really unusual to get this level of service , no rushing me and taking time to explain how everything worked.

I have been to shop on 29/11/2024 at 5:35pm to purchase some products for winter but I was surprised how they behave with customer. Very poor customer service, lack of knowledge. Very rude to customer.

The stuff in the shore is not helping at all, saying that a waterproof shoe is not waterproof and force you to buy a more expensive one. Also there are second handed shoes in the store and sell them as first handed shoes, really don’t recommend.

Buy loads of stuff here. Prices are excellent. So check prices elsewhere then check
MWD. For really good gear. Recently I researched a new rukka on web. Saw a nice one for £80 which MWD are currently selling for £49. Purchased.

Have bought some good quality reasonably priced items here, although, it's worth checking the website, because I have found the odd item cheaper online than in store.
The returns policy is excellent. Was able to return something I bought online to the store, and received the refund in seconds. The staff are generally very helpful and friendly.

I don’t see why this shop is open. Staff not helping at all!!!! Rude!!! Spending 150 pounds .The shoes gave me without a box. They don't have, but they ask if they want a plastic bag for 20 pence . I ask why, they answered very rudely. I do not recommend this store at all!!!!!

Very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the manageress who was of great assistance in helping my wife choose her new winter jacket. Although only ordered from the Debden store for free home delivery a couple of days ago it arrived this morning. Great service, thank you.
