UPDATED FOOTNOTE!
Amazing service at all levels. We purchased 2 safari windows, 4 windows, skylight, 6 hatches, 10 covers and a door for our Overlander truck in a RAL colour (accurate paint match).
We visited their premises for an insurance valuation and they were insistent that they check over everything they had supplied.
We are about to start work on a second truck so will be using this company again for all the doors, windows, hatches, grilles and covers, etc.
Thank you so much for your help and hospitality and look forward to working with you again.
UPDATE - Just returned from 14 months in Europe & Africa (40,000km) and called into Motorcraft. We needed a couple of adjustments and small repairs to the windows.
Once again a brilliant job done and appreciate the great service. Thank you.

The order for windows, doors, and hatches was ready for pickup very quickly. It took only two weeks, ensuring the habitation box was ready on time for the interior builder.

The customer service was excellent; Tina responded promptly when ordering and to some after-sales questions.

The products seem to be of great quality.

The windows are very hard to open, the hinge system is terrible, they don't hold the opening, the glass gets hot in the sun until it burns, zero after-sales assistance.

Motorcraft built our expedition vehicle/overlander/home on wheels on the back of a MAN HX60. From beginning to end they were brilliant. Ian, is like Da Vinci with metal. And combined with the experience they have in the business, they are able to suggest brilliant solutions you otherwise wouldn’t even realise you need.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them in the future if we outgrow our current truck.

I'm delighted with my build which came in on budget, thanks to Ian being clever and making suggestions on how to save where it mattered, but without compromising strength, safety or the original brief I gave him.
Ian took a shabby army truck and turned it into a thing of beauty that turns heads everywhere. Of course you can be more subdued if you don't like to stand out.
I love my truck. I love the quality of the construction and the extra mile Motorcraft go to in ensuring peace of mind.
There is one downside, like any craftsman of great reputation, there is a queue! But all good things come to those who wait, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A friend has had poor customer service from this company. Rude and dismissive, adding on costs at unrealistically high prices. Seems to be poor business leadership and poor attitude towards certain clients. Real shame, as their works seems quite good, all in house and employing local labour. I'm sure they would excel if the execs had some professional coaching and managed customer expectations better. Success can sometimes go to people's heads and breed arrogance. I think I dodged a bullet declining their lazy quotation!

The team of Motorcraft have assisted me with getting windows placed in the expedition truck I’m building myself. The team placed the windows and door beautifully and the windows and door are of a very high quality. I want to thank Rob especially for all the great assistance and guidance. He went above and beyond to get everything arranged and during the days of placement I was even able to borrow a company car. A great thanks to the whole team!
