This is an effective, well-equipped motorway stop with a strong variety of food, clean amenities, good EV charging and thoughtful outdoor space. My visit was enjoyable, though busy periods and the junction layout can slightly dampen the experience. Still, it’s a dependable and well-maintained service station—definitely worth another visit.

Would happily recommend this for a comfortable break on the M42—or even just to stretch your legs and grab a good coffee.

Great stop off, fast food chains and shops.
Just so damn expensive and takes advantage of availability. Even a bottle of water is about £3 that would be in the same chain sore in a city centre for 89p for example.
A burger will be around £8 and a meal even more. I'd rather have a proper hot meal for the same price at a pub or restaurant and of a high standard and quality than eat fast food rubbish that's only worth a few quid. Lucky to get a sandwich for less than a fiver 🤔😂
Cheapest thing here to eat would probably be Greggs and even then it's cold pasties most of the time and they don't heat up what they've got for you because of company policy. Makes no sense as you can get a pastie straight out of the oven (if you're lucky) that will burn your mouth but they won't reheat a pastie in case it burns your mouth, what a load of rubbish and hypocrisy. Anyway, you're held to ransom here basically and they know it so prepare to be pissed off when you leave here.

Brilliant place small car park free for 2 hours then payable free blue badge all disabled access available a kids play area inside no need to get wet wh smiths burger king waitrose Greg's costa coffee toilets disabled men and women nice and clean 😀

Reliable, good facilities, lots of space, parking, and EV charging. Great meet up point for bikers before going out for a ride - good links too. Weirdly spend more time here than I ever thought I would… some people complaining about the junction layout , however I find that using one’s eyes usually fixes that problem.

I recently used the Tamworth services and I have to say how clean it is I think it is in all credit due to a lady called Hayley who works there. She doesn’t stop she is always on the go! Credit to the company for employing someone who has a lot of pride in their work nice to see these days.

I visited the Moto services in Tamworth recently and I was really impressed with how clean the seating area was. It was really busy on the day I was there. One member of staff who particularly stood out was a lady called Hayley you could see she took great pride in her work and even as busy as was she was very friendly also.
