Moto Ferrybridge Services is very conveniently located, with easy access from both the A1 and M62. Ideal for a quick break or a longer rest on an extended journey. Despite visiting on a weekend when you'd expect it to be packed, there was plenty of available parking.

There’s a great variety of food and drink options, whether you're after a quick bite from Burger King, KFC, Costa, Pret or Greggs, or if not, then there is plenty of choice from M&S. Everything was clean, well maintained and easy to navigate, with plenty of indoor seating to relax and recharge before hitting the road again.

All in all, a well run and well stocked service station that does exactly what you want it to, quick, easy, and reliable.

I've stopped here before. Nice service station. Has a travel lodge,Costa, burger king, Greggs,clean toilets. Disabled access to the main building as it's ramped. Disabled parking bays.

Fantastic customer service at costa this is the main site we visit and we visit daily if not twice . Some of the other companies within the site could take pointers from this staff team . They are amazing. Shame we can't say the same for burger king staff who always seem put out to serve you . I can't remember the last time one of them smiled or looked like they wanted to be at work .

The baby changing facilities are excellent. Very clean and practical. I really appreciated the sink, unit, pull down toilet seat and game on the wall when toilet training my toddler! Thank you!

Usual services, just stopped for a toilet break and drinks. Costa coffee mango and passion fruit cooler a must, yum.

Popped in for lunch and ate at the Burger King which was nice. I can't say a lot about the place except the parking was easy, the toilets were weirdly narrow and a bit cramped, but clean and not smelly.

Only stopped on way to appointment for toilet, then saw Pret and thought I’d try that. Kyle was a lovely gentleman asking me about my appointment and what it was for, he then gave me a pastel de nata for free as a ‘hope it goes well’ never had a pastel before but they looked interesting so was happy, very tasty.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the service I received from Kyle at Pret Ferrybridge definitely deserves recognition. From the moment I walked up, Kyle made me feel genuinely welcome. He has such a natural way of engaging with people that it completely lifted the atmosphere.

Kyle clearly takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the details, the way he presents the drinks, and the way he checks that everything is just right shows he treats customers as individuals rather than just the next person in line, which is something you don’t come across often.

People like Kyle turn an ordinary service stop into something memorable. He embodies the best of customer service: professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. Pret is very lucky to have him on their team, and I’ll definitely be stopping here again knowing the standard he sets.
