Did we make it to our destination? Yes. Were there bumps along the way that could have easily been avoided? Yes. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t utilize this travel agency for future trips. Our agent Rayleen displayed poor communications skills and lacked in providing exceptional customer care.

I called to book a trip for me and My lady in December I spoke with Laura and it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life.I will never use this company. Nothing but gaming and pay up front BS just to find pricing on a vacation. Don't waste your time.

Valree Lowe went WAY beyond the call of duty on March 20,2023.
Delta had canceled the flight to Hawaii at the last minute of the day, not only did she stay on the phone with the delta vacation people, trying to get the problem fixed, but she kept me in the loop well after the office was closed. She is a great person to have on your side. I will definitely go through her again

Had to work with 2 different travel agents for one cruise through Royal Caribbean. The first one would take weeks to respond to any questions and never had a correct answer about how much we paid or how much we owed. She never gave us a solid answer about anything we asked and then would give us answer that maybe if we worked in the industry we would understand but just being a regular person, we had no clue. The second person somehow found us a cheaper room on the same cruise. Almost $1,000 cheaper, which was great. However, she also didn't get us the correct final amount till 20 days before our cruise. We knew we had paid all of it but they thought we still owed $1,400. They also did not give us our $200 credit we were promised. I emailed 3 separate times about it before I got an answer of "oh, we will add it to your cruise but since it's paid off, it will now be an on board credit" (We've already bought everything so really that doesn't help us at this point.) I understand Covid made things challenging but we will NEVER use Morris Murdock ever again.

Excellent experiences. My wife and I planned an anniversary trip to the Baltic Sea, and we had never been on a cruise before. We had loads of questions, and our travel agent, Kathy Hirst, was willing to answer every one of them -- thoroughly and quickly. She found several itinerary options for us, and gave great recommendations on activities in each port. She gave us insider information about each of the ports, which was just fantastic.

I am very disappointed with my first contact with Elaine at Morris Murdock Travel. Before being able to completely tell Elaine what I was wanting information on - she rudely interrupted saying that she wouldn't be able to help me with flights, only if I booked hotels along with flights.  On that note, when I mentioned that I had some hotels in mind - and giving her the price range I was looking for, Elaine then commented that my choices in hotels were "cheap". She then said she would email me some information right away (which was Friday), and that she would reach out to me on Monday. I never heard from Elaine on Friday, and have yet to hear back from her today. I was made to feel like I wasting Elaine's time, as she was rushing to leave for the day. I felt very undervalued.  I will not recommend this travel agency, very poor service.

You have got to be kidding me!
I went to price a vacation through Morris Murdock website and seen that they use funjet, which is fine.
What is not fine is the fact that when using funjet via Morris Murdock, the prices are like 900.00 more.
Do a regular search on funjet.com yourself and see!
Morris Murdock you should be ashamed. You figure your clients could afford to be ripped off I guess.
