Unbelievable, understanding and help. Was going for a funeral dates got messed up, but this representative took care of it cared kept in contact with me until it was cleared up and the reservation was moved to this right day. These people are trash, don’t use them. Had a 24 layover in London. Used my last bit of money to book a room “more rooms” said was available only for them to debit my account and then say the room wasn’t available and now I have to wait 2-5 days to get the money back that i need to book another room.

Had a great experience with Theo at the customer service number. I had to modify a reservation that required him to reach out to the hotel directly. He said he would call me back with an update within an hour and he delivered on that promise. Theo then called back before my stay to confirm all was still confirmed. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

As soon as I filled in my details through their website, I received a call from their agent Rene , who took me through everything and re-confirmed all details and adjusted any changes needed. Follow up emails received and confirmed in writing. Very efficient and great prices ! Thank you

I would give them a zero rating if I could. We made a reservation and they never paid the hotel so we ended up paying twice. I have been trying to get a refund from them for several months and they keep saying they are contacting their "partner" for information instead of just refunding me the money. Do not use them!!!
