Susan booked a wonderful holiday for us this summer. The whole process was really straightforward, we had left it a bit too late to book our first choice location on the budget we had, but we were provided with suggestions which proved even better. Just looking at my photos from fantastic trip to Canada and Alaska, booked by Susan Downie at Mondial Travel UK. Susan responded quickly to the couple of queries we had about aspects of the holiday. All paperwork (itineraries, tickets etc) were sent out well in advance and updated copies sent when the tour company made changes to our itinerary. Thanks Susan - will definitely book through you again!

My husband and I have just come back from Mauritius for our honeymoon which was booked through Susan (Mondial). I have to say everything went without a hitch. Susan kept to our brief when we first discussed options for our honeymoon. The transfers from the airport and from hotel to hotel arrived as planned. The 2 hotels we stayed in were lovely and just what we expected for our honeymoon. Susan kept us up to date with any changes up to the honeymoon and supplied us with all the relevant documentation ahead of our honeymoon and even checked us in with the airline. We are so impressed with Susan that we have already booked 2 further holidays with her and planning to book more! Would definitely recommend Susan/Mondial Travel!

A big thank you to Susan for a super well organised start and end of my 2 month trip. First time that I have used Mondial Travel, on a recommendation, and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself. From the very beginning Susan, on behalf of Mondial, was reassuring, highly professional and efficient in arranging everything that my wife and I needed, including assisted passage at the airport, to ensure a trouble free holiday in Italy. Nothing was too much trouble and all was carried out with a personal touch that made one feel that she was genuinely concerned to make things as easy as possible for us. All the necessary paper work, including flight details, hotel arrangements and information about the location were covered and sent on to us in plenty of time. I will make Mondial my first port of contact before arranging another holiday abroad.

We've recently returned from a city break in Istanbul organised by Susan: it couldn't have gone much better (well, apart from the rain!). The hotel was in just the right spot for us, with lovely staff, the transfers worked well, and the documentation provided by Susan was really helpful. Another wonderful holiday thanks to Mondial Travel. We booked a trip to Iseo on Lake Iseo in Italy, staying in the Iseolago Hotel for 11 nights. Amazing scenery and beautiful area to visit. Iseo is in an ideal location with many restaurants, access to ferries on the Lake and the train station. A short private transfer from Bergamo Airport. Susan at Mondial was very efficient and helpful in booking, would definitely recommend for peace of mind.

I’m so pleased I found Susan at Mondial Travel to book my holiday through, she was so helpful right from the first conversation we had and she handled everything on my behalf when it came to booking, checking in and transfers.
