I got the MX-PRO a few weeks back now. I can’t get over how comfortable it is and how easy it is to control. It feels very sturdy and well made, considering how small the springs are for the suspension it is also comfortable going over the occasional pot hole or raised curb.
For myself I knew the weight would be an issue for getting the chair in and out of my car boot, so I got a portable chair lift. It’s a table on wheels that raises up so you can push the chair from the table into the boot, it still requires some strength but for me is easier and safer than lifting the chair all the way.

I had some questions before ordering the wheelchair. They were answered quickly. Ordered the wheelchair and it arrived quickly. Needed some assistance putting the batteries in and same online help was fantastic! Can not recommend it enough. The wheelchair is great, the torch in my wheelchair especially welcome if travelling later in the day. It is confortable. The cushion is a bit firmer to what I am used to but that is all I can find slightly not to my taste but hoping this will improve with use. The price is one of the most competitive for a seller in the UK. All in all well pleased with the wheelchair.

What a great Company to deal with, after looking online at the selection of powerchairs, I was undecided which would be best for me so I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who upon listening to me advised me to go for the MX Air, which I took a chance and tordered as I had been reassured I could return it within 14 days if not suitable. It was delivered whin 2 days and upon trying it found it was very comfortable. And quite nippy. I am now looking forward to venturing out in it. Hope we have a good summer. After having some issues with my last chair, I was a bit hesitant about buying another one online but the savings made it worth another go. The chair arrived next day delivery and as described, it really was ‘oven ready’ from the box. The chair itself is great, comfortable, easy to use and folds to quite a compact size. It is still a bit heavy for something that is ‘lightweight’ but it is much lighter than my previous one.

I personally think the sign of a good company though is how they deal with things that go wrong. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the charger I received but credit where it’s due, James at Mobility Extra, diagnosed the fault quickly and sent a new charger on next day special delivery. Fingers crossed, all is now fine and I can only say I would happily buy again from this company. Great stuff!

I bought this wheelchair for my husband as we had a manual one which I found very heavy to push and had to a void hills was very limited to where we went. I seen this chair advertised I purchased it, it's been a great buy I don't have to push my husband now he can go where he wants now gives him a bit of independence. I found this service and delivery first class and price of the wheelchair at a great price. Very happy customer.

With so many power-chairs on the market from so many outlets, it’s very difficult to decide which is best. If you are tallish, like me at 5'11" you like enough space for sitting, when wheelchair seats tend to be standard shapes and sizes. This version has a good wide adjustable seat frame but is secure enough to feel comfortable when traveling indoors and out. Some people may recognise the phrase "feeling like a pea on a drum" with many lightweight power chairs as you are sat high up with a small wheelbase. This model does not and feels safe and secure it's also comfortable when being used as my wheelchair around the house for extended periods at a desk or table etc.
Good company to deal with and I would be more than happy to recommend them and use them again. The ordering process is very straight forward as were the delivery arrangements by their courier company who kept us informed of progress.

Purchased the folding MX-2 for my wife as her mobility scooter was to big for the car.
Delivery time was excellent and the built quality of the wheelchair was fantastic for the price, especially with 2 batteries.
Unfortunately after trying it, my wife wasn't confident using it so we had to return it.
Return process couldn't have been easier. Courier arrangements were superb.
