Enjoyed a wonderful first cruise in the Norweigan fjords thanks to the equipment we were able to hire from Mobility at Sea.
It was in our cabin waiting for us when we arrived. We hired a mobile hoist, a profiling bed and a tilting shower/toilet chair for our 35 year old son who is a full time wheelchair user needing hoisting for all transfers.
All the advice we received was excellent and all the staff were extremely helpful.
Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

We booked a cruise only 3 weeks before the sail date. I telephoned Mobility at Sea and they were so helpful particularly as we had never had need for a wheelchair before and didn’t have an assessable cabin. They sorted out a lightweight folding chair that would fit through the cabin door. Picking it up was simple and so was dropping it off. It enabled Paul to enjoy the cruise and get off at every port which he otherwise wouldn’t have been able to do. They checked his height and weight to ensure the chair was suitable.

Mobility at sea were very helpful and professional in terms of advice on which model to hire on my cruise and in arranging everything for me. When I reached my cabin my scooter was ready and waiting for me all fully charged and with the necessary charger, cables and adapters to suit the Royal Caribbean ship. I enjoyed using the scooter all week and would have found it hard without it as independence of the seas is a huge ship. At the end of the cruise I simply had to leave the scooter where it was for mobility at sea to collect it again. My thanks to Allana and her team for a wonderful service all at excellent value for money.

What can i say an amazing service following my wife having major surgery we realised that we need something to help with aiding her get to her feet and sit comfortably as our sofas were just to low. Having spoken to the Mobility At Sea team, they advised on a Rise / Recline Chair. What more can i say, delivered the next day, and it has made all the difference to making my wife more comfortable. Amazing service from the team in the office, to the delivery team. Would highly recommend. All we can say is a big big thank you.

Invaluable rental! The electric profiling bed meant I could sleep well on my holiday, reducing pain & fatigue, leaving me more ability to enjoy my holiday. It fitted in with the other twin bed in the cabin, with no hospital bed vibes spoiling the aesthetic. Definitely worth the money. Mobility at Sea customer service was friendly, attentive and helpful. I have already booked a profiling bed again with them for 2027. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Mobility at Sea for helping make our holiday so enjoyable 😊

Excellent experience!!! From my first communication to my rental my experience was excellent!!
Especially Rachel and Alana!! When I received my scooter at the ship there was an issue with the scooter and I phoned Mobility at Sea and within 2 hours they delivered a new scooter to the ship. Many thanks to Carl. Wonderful company to deal with and I don’t hesitate to recommend them!!!

Mobility at Sea is an exemplary company. It provides quality equipment and a flawless service. I have been on over 5 cruises and all the equipment I have needed has always been set up, fully checked and ready in my cabin before I am. There has never been any issues or problems of any kind. I hire and rely on a profiling bed, bed levers, mobile hoist, and commode shower chair. Alison Allanah and all the team are dedicated, genuinely caring, professional and simply brilliant.
