We booked a Taxi for a local works Christmas dinner - there were 4 of us. Excellent service - Aaron text me to say he was on the way, text me to say he was outside the Hotel for the collection, and then for the return trip he text when he was outside the restaurant. Aaron was spot on time each time and was a really friendly guy, pleasure to be with. I would thoroughly recommend M & L Travel for any taxi/minicab requirement that you might have. 5 stars

We used M&L for group travel to and from Stansted airport. Aaron was a great driver, really accommodating, and the price was genuinely reasonable (unlike some other companies quotes). Aaron also knew more about our delayed flight than we did! Highly recommend and would definitely use again - Thank you

Excellent service provided by Aaron. We used M&L for a trip to and from Gatwick Airport. It took all of the stress out of getting to and from the airport for a family of 7. Very reliable and great value for money.

Booked 6 months in advance for a return journey to and pick up from Heathrow airport. Was the first time using the company but they were the most competitive in pricing so thought I’d chance them. Arrived promptly and on time to pick us up from our home and got us to Heathrow in good time, was a pleasant experience and the driver was a chatty, nice guy.
However, when it came to picking us up from Heathrow it fell apart. We agreed pick up at 7:25 am, exactly where we were dropped off, which is where we waited. Rang and text all numbers we had and could find for the company to no response. Waited over 1.5 hours before we gave up and ordered an uber to take us home. Literally as I was getting into the uber I had a phone call from an unknown number asking me if I had got my bags yet? . If they had just sent a text or any means of contact to say they were on their way I would have found somewhere warm to wait. But in 1* freezing temperatures I couldn’t wait any longer. Driver seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t just come and find him but once you order an uber, they take payment instantly.
Finally did have contact from owner offering their apologies, and was refunded for my costs, hence the 4* star.

Me and my family have been using M&L travel for the last few years been really good until we had a delay coming home from Egypt at no fault of ours. We had a 7 hour delay and fully understand that Aaron wasn't able to pick us up so we had to book another taxi to get us back from Gatwick. The reason I'm giving this bad review is the way Aaron the owner of the company said he would give us a receipt to show that we payed him in full to be able get some of the money back from easyjet as we had to pay another taxi firm. My wife has messaged Aaron on numerous times asking for the receipt and have had no response from him. The treatment we have received has been very unprofessional and won't be using again.
