Definitely recommend - very reliable and clean cars!

I’ve used this company a few times now and can’t recommend them highly enough. The booking process is straightforward, they turn up on time and call/text as needed re meeting up (and at the airport wait with a sign at arrivals). Plus the cars are some of the cleanest I’ve been in and drivers really polite and friendly.

Absolutely horrible experience, avoid at all costs.

We, a family of 4 (including a little baby) came off a 10 hour flight and had pre-arranged a mini cab pickup from London Heathrow to Croydon. The driver (Ms. Ivelina) was 45 mins late (although she told us on the phone when we first called her from arrivals that she was only 5 mins away..). Moreover, she didn't wait/come at arrivals despite what was already agreed. That meant we had to log heavy luggage, pushchair across the busy car park till we eventually randomly found her.

We just started our journey and she then flat out refused to take us via the fast route via the motorway because "it's more miles" even if I offered to pay her an extra 10 pounds for her petrol. Again that meant we were then stuck in horrible central London traffic (Friday afternoon) although I was happy to pay extra for an efficient motorway trip.

At some point my older son in the back seat opened a pack and took out one biscuit and before we were even able to say something to him she shouted at him in a very loud aggressive voice "NO EATING IN THE CAR". Absolutely understandable to not eat in her car but absolutely unacceptable to scream at a child like this...

Needless to say it was a horrible and tiring experience, via uncessary traffic, with a very rude driver (Ms. Ivelina).. Thanks but I will not use this company again... A little politeness can go a long way..

We have used Kendal cars for the past 11 years. Call staff always pleasant and willing to help day or night. Any adjustments to our journey they are also there to accommodate and always on time. The staff are very responsive and sufficient at all times. Keep up the good work Kendal Cars. To Our Driver and Escorts (you know who are) you are also happy and helpful in any situation. Thank you for keeping my daughter safe at all times...Keep up the good work Kendal staff!! 🙂

Over the past couple of months I've had two emergency situations when my car was unavailable. On both occasions Minicab.com have risen to the occasion, turning up promptly and getting me to my destination safely and quickly. I can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. Ordered a taxi for my son to get to club. Got a text to say it had arrived which was over 45 minutes late went out to which he had not even arrived. No one answered the phone. Avoid!!! Waste of time. My son ended up missing his club due to this company.

I use this cab firm frequently on nights out and they have always been excellent. When slightly the worse for wear, they always come to the rescue.

I have also used them for an airport run and they were so helpful and advised the best time to leave and were early to collect me! Rates were more than reasonable.

Really unhappy with this service. Had booked for a 3am taxi so we could make our train to the airport. At 3.01 I called up to ask where our taxi was, and was informed it hadn't even been dispatched yet and would be another 10-15mins. It would have been helpful to know this as I would have made alternative arrangements, so would suggest better communication for any future bookings. Thanks

Christmas evening minicab booked in advance online, message sent after pickup time saying they could not provide service. Understood that they may have problems with lack of drivers, but I could have made alternative arrangements if I had known they had issues even an hour or two in advance. This is unprofessional and very surprising as I have used this company many times and have always found them very reliable.
