My wife and I have been using Millington Travel for some time now. They’re a really friendly, helpful bunch at the Hinckley branch. They have sorted out several holidays for us, the most recent being NYC for my birthday. Suzanne even got me a free upgrade room because it was a special birthday. And it was the same for my wife’s special birthday when we went on a Caribbean Cruise in February of this year.

Millington’s travel is a locally based family business providing a personal service with excellence. Assistance from helping you explore your dreams and desires to the realisation of your holiday. They listen to your budget and do all within their power to deliver to that. We have just returned from a trip in Italy, visiting multi locations all by rail including rail travel to Paris and Eurostar to London celebrating our Ruby Wedding. Suzanne’s attention to detail, communication and professional expertise is exceptional. She listened and did absolutely everything for us including check in. We met several times to review, adjust and settle the itinerary and then prior to departure, when we received a file with all the Information to enable our holiday. It was the best holiday we’ve ever had, every step was taken care of with great detail. Suzanne had even made the hotels aware of our anniversary and we arrived to cards and Prosecco in several locations. Millington travel are safe hands, giving you confidence and assurance providing a smooth and relaxing time away. No question is too much, everything is attended to swiftly. We have travelled extensively for both work and holiday and this is definitely our best ever experience.

The experience of Birmingham airport checking in was awful. Basically 2 hrs of standing up queuing. Isle of Man was lovely, great scenery, lots of interesting places to visit. Trains and trams were brilliant. Hotel Chesterhouse in Douglas was very. Life, room with great sea view. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and welcoming.

We have been visiting Millington Travel Hinckley for a few years now. No matter how busy they are, they always find time to discuss any queries you may have. On one occasion we did encounter a problem with our hotel, in the fact the hotel cancelled a week before we were due to fly causing us a bit of panic. Suzanne was 100% on it and sorted a very impressive replacement for the exact same dates.

Also a huge shout out to Sarah who always listens to our requirements and yet gives the most honest opinions to enable us to make an informed decision. She makes certain that we get the absolute best possible experience out of our holidays always. These ladies all go above and beyond.
