A local travel agent with lots of holiday brochures.

We only went in for travel insurance which they couldn’t help but offer other places for us to consider.

Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you for the help.

I've been seeking the advice, support, organisational skills, and exceptional judgement of Rachael at this travel agency in Glenfield for over 6 years. Ranging from summer holidays, city breaks in Europe, to big birthday celebratory holidays in New York. The latest one we're currently finalising is to Australia.

Rachael has an extensive knowledge base and really listens to what we'd like to do, how we'd like to get there and just makes it all happen. And the times when we don't know, offers suggestions/options and guides us to making great choices.

I have to know the details of everything otherwise I worry, and Rachael is extremely patient with the endless questions I ask, sometimes numerous times.

We've had amazing holidays, memories we'll have forever, and visited places, stayed in hotels we'd never have known about if it hadn't been for Rachael.

Also the benefit of actually talking to someone during the planning stages, having someone you can contact while you're away can not be underestimated, it is tremendously reassuring to know I'll get a response from Rachael, and not be in a que for a call centre, or get a response in 3 working days.

I would highly recommend this travel agency and in particular Rachael ?
