Paul took me and my family to Birmingham Airport in the early hours of 14th May and picked us up on 21st May. I cannot fault his service. Very friendly and excellent communication. Will definitely use Millard Travel again and will recommend to anyone who asks.

Had the pleasure of using Millard travel for a return transfer to Birmingham Airport. Both Paul and Tony were extremely professional, punctual and friendly. With great communication throughout. And the journeys were effortless and extremely comfortable in the executive vehicles they use. Great way to start and end a holiday. Was the First time we have used this service. I would highly recommend Millard travel. Paul is very professional, punctual and friendly. His vehicle is immaculate and very comfortable. We were offered bottles of water whilst travelling which was great after getting off a flight and through the airport. Excellent communication from start to finish. 100% reliable. It’s the first time we have used Millard travel after being recommended and it won’t be the last.

I would to say what a fantastic service we experienced from Andy. He was very professional courteous and early. The journey to Manchester Airport and back was relaxed and very smooth. The vehicle was luxury and immaculately clean. Water provided both ways which was a nice touch. All in all a Five Star Service and will definitely use Millard Travel again.
