We had a lovely time at Mill Rythe!
We stayed in the "Burst of Blue" caravan which was spotlessly clean with good space and excellent kitchen facilities. Ours had a dishwasher - what a lovely surprise! Also nice they provided towels and a few soap bars, dishcloth and rubbish bags etc. to get us started on. The caravan was immaculate throughout, though having TVs in all four rooms meant the kids were a bit too glued to screens at times.
The outdoor patio area was nice, and the common facilities seemed very new and well-maintained. There was decent entertainment for children, a pleasant bar, and an acceptable soft play area. Staff were kind and helpful, especially at reception (thanks for the sweets!)

The surrounding area is nice to explore, with a Lidl conveniently located nearby.

A few negatives to note: The bingo sessions dragged on for too long. You can only buy bingo tickets with cash, but there's no ATM on-site (and staff couldn't advise where to get cash). There were limited activities compared to Parkdeans. We had to book pool sessions at reception as the app wasn't working properly. The pool itself was initially unpleasantly cold, the showers too - so we ran back in the rain.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend it - especially if you go with kids.

Modern, spotlessly clean, friendly. Close to everything. Peaceful, A perfect getaway from the normal work routine. It was our 3rd stay here. We will be returning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as much as we did the last 2 times.
Great for families and couples/ singles.
A perfect get away

BEAUTIFUL! had a wonderful stay here. We booked out of season so there was no entertainment but it didn't bother us as it was such a beautiful location and surrounded by many places to visit. Which we did.
Onsite, there is a stunning bar/restaurant, although a little pricey for a large family the food seemed really nice. Next door, there is a large soft play area for the kids but no arcade machines, which we actually liked as the kids could be kids and burn off energy in the soft play area. (With 4 boys, that's perfect 👌). There's also an indoor swimming pool, which was small but lovely and warm. (Best to prebook). Overall, the site was nice, clean, and peaceful. Staff at reception were brilliant. The lady who checked us in and out was fantastic. Very polite and helpful. We also given a pack of haribo for our journey, which was lovely.
The location was brilliant. Close to Portsmouth, Southampton, and many more places to visit. We had a great day out on the ferries, too. We visited the isle of white.
We will definitely be back here, planning to stay longer and come in season to experience the entertainment. Thank you to Mill Rythe Coastal Village for a lovely stay.

Good place, nice staff and food! Accommodation was ok! Hot tub wasn’t ready on the first night! Grass cutting at 10am on a Sunday morning when i was sleeping was annoying but all in all an ok weekend. Maybe they shld advise the accommodation only has bunk beds if an older group has booked as this wasn’t made clear!!

Excellent stay at Mill Rythe.

The facilities seem very new and are in excellent condition. There are no big arcades, which is a nice change! I'd say it is quite a quite park, certainly in comparison to a lot of other sites we have visited.

The caravans look to be mostly brand new - we stayed in an Oakwood caravan - and it was superb, clean and modern with a slightly different layout to your normal type caravan.

We were with a large group of families on a kids rugby tour - and the kids had plenty of outdoor space to run around, and enjoyed the fishing lake.

Only minor downside is the food and drink is a little pricey.

The staff across the park were very friendly and helpful. The bar was a bit slow at times, but we were in a large group and the team did their best to cater for us!

Overall whether you are a group or just a family or couple - I couldn't recommended it more.

Loved the hot tub and staff were friendly but the lodge was very dirty despite a card when we arrived saying it had been cleaned. Despite this we still managed to have a nice time but something they should perhaps address as other reviews highlight the same lack of cleanliness.

Lovely quiet park with mostly brand new or nearly new caravans and lodges. Hot tub was fantastic and clean. Lodges were in good condition, clean and tidy with decking and outdoor furniture. Visited in early July so quite quiet. Near to Portsmouth and not far from Southampton. Didn't use the swimming pool nor the restaurant so can't comment on the food, although is quite pricey.

Our first family trip to Mill Rythe Holiday Park on Hayling Island was a resounding success! We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and that's exactly what we found.
We stayed in a lovely caravan, which was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. It had everything we needed, and the kids were thrilled with their own little bedrooms. We even treated ourselves to a caravan with a hot tub, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The park itself is well-maintained and has plenty to keep everyone entertained. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, although it did get a little busy at times. The entertainment team were brilliant, putting on shows that kept both the little ones and the adults laughing. The on-site food options were decent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Hayling Island is a beautiful location, and we took advantage of the lovely beaches. It was easy to get to the beach from the park, and we enjoyed some lovely walks along the coast. The park's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Mill Rythe Holiday Park. It's a perfect destination for families with young children. The friendly atmosphere, clean accommodation, and great entertainment made it a memorable holiday. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing family break, and we’re already considering booking again for next year!
