Alison and Lisa organised our trip to Japan recently and they were absolutely brilliant. They listened, and took account of what we wanted to do, and put together a fantastic itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble and the planning was meticulous and seamless. Throughout the process, they were always helpful and genuinely keen to ensure our holiday was exactly what we wanted. Absolutely shocked at the service I just received on the phone - I’m just after some advice for a holiday, and I will find it myself online but I wanted to know what beaches and resorts are known for doing activities such as parasailing and things, as well as having bars and restaurants local to the area to walk to of an evening.

The woman could tell I wasn’t going to purchase a holiday through her so she just directed me to google with a ‘tone’ and didn’t even wait to say goodbye she just slammed the phone down that hard, I could hear it on the other side.

I saw a review about ‘patient representatives’, this woman certainly was not patient by any means and clearly wanted me off the phone.

Excellent Service. Would recommend and use again.
