The whole experience was 10 out of 10. Debbie was lovely and kept me fully informed from start to finish and I really appreciated the transparency. My car had some serious problems and they were sorted out in the most cost effective way without compromising on quality. Michael was very nice and his son Matthew sorted the car out quickly. Took car in for 4 wheel alignment , was told bolts seized and still charged for the alignment , tried to sort it out with the owner at the time telling me he’d sort out some bolts with me and get it back in and sorted received no further communication. Car drives worse than it did before pulling one way. Would definitely stay away and use a proper wheel alignment garage.

Went to Michael Key after being let down badly by Evans Halshaw and TC Harrison Ford main agents.
What an incredible difference the service received from Michael Key was, from friendly and reliable receptionist to knowledgeable and reliable technicians. I was kept informed on the progress all the way through and didn't need to chase for any updates. I had the timing belt and injectors replaced on my Transit Custom and it was worth every penny to have it done by a top quality garage.
My advice is forget main dealers and use Michael Key.

I don't recommend them at all.
They made MOT and oil service in September. In January our car didn't start and they told "the engine has a timing fault... very expensive to repair ... it cannot be fixed. It is very broken!"
We asked an other car mechanics and he showed the air filter, oil filter and oil were dirty and haven't changed for long time. The engine is working perfectly.

*In December 2024, the car's engine is still running perfectly. The engine that, according to the garage, cannot be repaired.

I book there because the passenger window in car does not work and have to wait 3 weeks to be attended, once I dropped the car to the garage they didn’t sort it, just checked what was the problem and put the car out, did not call me to tell about the problem and they charge £80 for just a window diagnostic, even I asked then before drop it about the price and did not tell me how much was gonna be. I don’t recommend it and for the last the lady in the office too arrogant when explain and just say that’s what you have to pay. What a shame

Excellent service-took my car in as an emergency after the starter motor caused me to breakdown. I was loaned a courtesy car, but my repair was completed within a day as they had the spare part handy. I have been taking my car to the Keys garage for 20 years, they are trusty-worthy, reliable, competitively priced and will go the extra mile for their customer's!! 5*

I took my van in for a service and the whole experience was great. They were efficient and friendly, especially the woman in the office. Very friendly and pleasant the whole time! 🙂
