Rang for a cab last night from north weald to epping station, under the influence that this was an 'epping company/service'.

Immediately getting into the car I've been asked how much I've been quoted, which for arguments sake, the lady on the phone last night DIDNT give me a quote.

Immediatly getting into the cab I've been told to not have my bag on the seat and how much I've been quoted. Previously from other local cab firms I've said 11 pound to which the driver has laughed, rang the operator explained to her, chloe I believe her name was, that I've said 11 pound. She then LAUGHED down the phone said no that's not correct and then proceeded to tell the driver 17-18 pound charge.

THIS IS A 2.5 MILE JOURNEY AND IVE BEEN CHARGED 18 POUND!!!

The driver, who was rude I might add, explained that it's a harlow service so he's had to come from there and he wouldn't have bothered if he knew and that's why the price was what it was. Believe me, if I'd HAVE BEEN TOLD PRIOR that it was a harlow service when the number starts with 01992 which is an epping dial code OR that i was going to be robbed of 18 pound I wouldn't have used this firm.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from yourselves, charging someone who's just trying to get to work that price on a sunday morning at 6am is vile behaviour.

Will be leaving all of this on Google and I highly doubt I'll even get a response from this over charging, complete fraudulent, daylight robbing firm that you call a cab service.

The only company who will accept both long and short drives! Most taxis around Ongar/Epping/ North Weald will refuse to do short journeys and leave people in desperate situations.
So glad these guys are happy to help, no matter how short the journeys might be!

Had a taxi booked and confirmed ahead of New Years Eve. When it didn't arrive 10 munutes after the time booked, I phoned to see when it would arrive, I was told 20 minutes, then my booking disappeared from my app. Left me and my family high and dry. Would NOT recommend this company. Not impressed.

The only reason I keep using this company is the drivers. They are a lovely group of people who are polite, helpful and patient. The negative is the staff on the phones. Some of them are unprofessional and rude. Cabs not turning up on time, jobs not booked in or cancelled on a whim. Of course it's never their fault and if you dare to complain certain members of staff are then rude to you.

Traveled with them a few times. Very speedy collection, usually only a couple of minutes. Pmeasent friendly drivers and call responders. But most of all love the fixed low price. Know exactly what going to be everytime.

Great service especially as I had not pre-booked for an airport pick up.

Horrendous company. Will never deal with them again.
They sent the car to the wrong place at Stansted airport, leaving me and my 3 kids waiting for over an hour, between 12 and 1 am.

Then they had the audacity to charge us 34 pounds for a 2 mile journey.

Never had such a rude taxi driver, blaming me for not being able to find me at the mid stay carpark.

Do not use them. I will be speaking to a supervisor there to get my money back
