Visited this morning to sort out my Tflow account for the Mersey Tunnel.
A lady called Joanne ( I think) was Brilliant. Endlessly patient and helpful and we got there in the end !
The staff all seem very knowledgeable, and completely unflappable, despite dealing with so many different people all day long.

Convenient bus interchange. The only drawback is that sometimes some buses simply do not arrive. Or they drive by with the inscription "not in the service"

We visited yesterday to get our Merseyside travel pass and the service we received was absolutely first class. I had read up on the documentation required, plus photo, prior to visiting, so the whole process took no more than 10 minutes. I wish we had taken the name of the gentleman who dealt with our passes because he was so friendly, customer focused and a brilliant representative for Merseyside travel. If it helps to identify him, he was at the 3rd desk along and it was about 1pm when we got there.
