Highly recommend Meridian. Touring in my MH full time, finding Meridian last year has been a Gift. Mike is a true Problem Solver. We have presented a number of challenges - from faulty Rear Cameras, Plumbing issues, faulty Hab Door locking mechanism - to - An issue with the Alde heating (to name a few). Without exception I have been impressed with his work.
The many years of experience & knowledge gained with this Family Business are obvious. Skilled, Methodical, Swift, Transparent, Honest, and good value for money.

Fabulous business offering Motorhome rentals with no limitation on mileage.
Really great customer service.
Very helpful videos explain everything you need to know to operate your motorhome so that as newbies, we felt confident and reassured to use the van.
Well equipped with everything we needed for our 9-day trip.
A wonderful holiday closer to nature or a really good opportunity to test out van-life before making the commitment to purchase. Either way, Meridian can help.

Mike and Charli were both welcoming, attentive and patient with this novice Caravan buyer. Guiding me through the whole process of what was required for the purchase: what I needed for my car, insurance, security and assisted me effectively when I went to collect the caravan, and ensured the handover went smoothly.

Just collected our Autotrail Nuovo from Mike and his Mum. The service provided as we are new to campers, was exemplary, helping us to make the right choice for our needs taking into account our dog. They arranged to have solar panel installed and even fitted buckle point for our dog. So many extras included with van that would have cost us hundreds to obtain, that had been left by previous owner. The videos Mike did to explain everything provide us with confidence to hit the road straight away. Great people who from our experience operate a very customer focused business and will be returning to get our annual inspections done.

We were looking for an Adria Action and Meridian had one a at a good price. However, the problem that we had was that we lived 250 miles away! I called the Meridian phone number to see if the caravan was still available and spoke to Mike's mum who kindly volunteered Mike to deliver it! I don't think Mike knew until his mum turned up and said ' fancy a trip to Wales'. Mike did a video to show the condition of the van for us and arranged to fit a motor mover and tv aerial. Nothing was too much of a problem. Mike did a video on how to get the motor mover working and how to use it and there was also a video of how to use the equipment.
I would like to thank Mike for all his help and also the delivery of our van to Wales. I don't believe that there was anything else Mike could have done. Great customer service and a great price.
