I booked a 4 day holiday to TheThursford Christmas Spectacular leaving on 1 December. This is the first time that I had experienced a coach holiday and Memory Lane Coaches had been highly recommended for their outstanding quality and service. I have been visiting Thursford annually since the late 1970's and it never disappoints. However this year I decided to travel by coach instead of driving myself and I will do so in the future. From booking my trip with Jane in the office, to home pick up in Lymm by Tom, to being taken to the coach, the process was flawless, efficient and on time. My friend and I were on seats 3 & 4 which were perfect. Our driver Jeff was very competent, safe, helpfull and willing plus an asset to the Company. The Hotel Le Strange Arms in Old Hunstanton was a true 4 star, nicely decorated, well kept, warm, pleasant staff, beautiful location with the option for a minimal cost of upgrading to a sea view room which my friend and I chose to do. Breakfast was excellent, always served hot, cooked to perfection and delicious. Evening Meals had good variety on the menu starters and deserts were always delicious however our main courses werent quite as consistent. The tours were excellent and the length of time spent in places were perfect. Our tickets to The Thursford Spectacular were superb on the second row which I personally prefer as I like to be as near to the front as possible. I appreciated arriving at Thursford 2 hours before the show started which enabled us to walk round the shops, visit the cafes, look at the wonderfull decorations and experience the magic of Thursford.
This is a superb trip and I highly recomend Memory Lane Coaches & their superb efficient team, Le Strange Hotel, Jeff our driver, The Thursford Spectacular to anyone.
I look forward to many more holidays with Memory Lane Coaches.

I am writing to file a complaint against Memory Lane holiday regarding an unpaid deposit of £100.
Memory lane holiday is a one-person business that recently took a deposit from my 79-year-old mother for a holiday booking. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a refund, we have been unable to receive the promised reimbursement.
I am concerned about the way this business operates and the lack of transparency in their dealings.
I request your immediate intervention to help resolve this matter and ensure that my mother receives the refund she is entitled to.
The business's website is intentionally designed to mislead consumers, making it difficult to find clear information about their services and terms and conditions. This is particularly concerning given that my 79-year-old mother was taken advantage of.

Have recently been on the Golden Bahia and Catalonia tour with Memory Lane. A brilliant holiday! Chris (Boss man) coped extremely well with all the numerous traffic problems a trip this long throws up. The hotel in Tossa del Mar was a true 4* with excellent staff and a wide selection of great food. The rooms both public and private were beautiful and spotless and the entertainment was top class. Only downsides were the Hull/Rotterdam ferry delaying the departure of all coach passengers, and the impossible traffic in Barcelona. The food and entertainment on Pride of Rotterdam was good and the cabins were spotless and comfortable. There are lots of great places to visit in the area, and our tour bus was very comfortable. Will continue to recommend this company, who I travel regularly with, to all my friends.
