We booked our first umrah through this agency. Initially it all seemed good as we got a good price but a few significant issues really put a downer on the experience:

1. Not adhering to their own payment plan and continually requesting money ahead of schedule and making me pay for the transaction fees (just because I asked to pay via a payment link). Note their response was ‘it’s not expensive’ - in my opinion if it’s not expensive then the company should cover it.

2. Taking forever to get our documentation and travel documents together, I kept being given different dates of when everything would be ready, in the end I received everything with less than one week from flying.

3. I had bad experiences when trying to call up the head office, one person hung up on me and I kept being told to only speak to my own rep, unfortunately this is a case of bad customer service continually with every so often your rep calling you in order to try and make everything seem ok and it’s just them working in the background trying their hardest. Note that we fully paid everything with more than 1 month notice until we flew.

There’s lots of room for improvement, on the plus side we got there with no difficulty but it wasn’t down to the agency. I had to do a lot of chasing and finding the flight details myself in order to make sure we had everything in order before we flew. The stress caused really wasn’t worth it.

We had a great Umrah experience thanks to the help of our agent Muhammed Ahmed. From start to finish he was in contact up until we got home yesterday. He was on hand to make changes to my trip and during our trip he was available on whatsapp. He worked in partnership with people in Saudi who were also great help especially Sabir Hassan who supported us through this company drove us to and from airports, medina etc. Sabir sent us two umrah guides (Rizwa and his wife Halima I believe) to help my parents and they were very attentive to care for them and tell is the process and duas to make. We also had Rafique who worked very hard to take my dad two Masjid nabawi and jannatul baqi and later to the rawdah on a very faulty wheelchair. All people involved were very helpful and made the experience worthwhile and were recommended through Mohammed to take care of our holiday. I would recommend all those who helped us. The Visas, flights and accommodation were taken care of and wheelchair access for elderly parents. We went for a week and had support throughout. Even when we came back and the luggages were not given by the airline, Muhammed has ensured us we will get it and how to complain. I was sceptical going through a travel agency as sometimes they leave you high and dry when you reach Saudi but I have been blessed on my trip and everything was taken care of, even a room upgrade. So thank you to Medina tours for the special experience. My parents have never been happier with the experience and they thank you too.

JazakAllah khairun to brother Muhammad Ahmed for working so hard for our umrah trip in Ramadhan. I feels like a dream, beautiful experience if it wasn't for brother Muhammed motivation and encouraging words wouldn't have be able to go in Ramadhan which always a wish list. Brother Muhammed always constantly their to answer our questions and queries and fast response.The process was efficent booked flights visa and transport through them. The transport cars organised where good and spacious.
Anytime we had query even while in blessed lands at any time brother Muhammed was their.

Ahmed was friendly, professional, always available and helped us pick the best hotels in Makkah and Madina. We stayed in Swiss Hotel in Makkah which is great location. The worst travel agent ever not trustworthy at all,they keep issuing you with a fake hotel vouchers just so you finish the payment and they secure their money .
They sent me from Makkah to madina with a fake hotel voucher and they knew about it and they didn't think not even for a second to try to get me something else sorted but no nothing. I had to get there and find out by myself that i had no room ,no, booking whatsoever and I was really sick that day I had a temperature and I was shivering,I had the luggage and they kept sending me from one hotel to another.after a few hours they managed to get me a room ofcourse although I payed for a breakfast but I never got it, like I said the biggest scam and rip off I experienced in my life although I payed for everything 7 months before.but what they put me through I will never forgive them nor forget them.i only say حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ،حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ،حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم..، I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them .unless you want to sleep at a hotel reception.
If anyone wants to confirm with me I still have all the fake hotel vouchers and the conversation we've been having.
